Parkside Towns

We lived at Parkside for 3 years and loved it. The only reason we left was because we bought a house. The community is safe and quiet, we were never worried about our home or safety. The office staff knows tenants by name and checks on you often, and they host fun events frequently where you can get to know your neighbors. Maintenance responded quickly and were always polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move.

I stayed in a 3-bedroom townhouse here for a year, and it was an amazing experience! The property management team is outstanding—like having a friendly and helpful neighbor always there to assist. The community itself is wonderful, offering a peaceful and welcoming environment. Management goes above and beyond to foster a sense of community by organizing fun weekend activities, such as free bubble teas, pizza nights, and other engaging events. It truly made the place feel like home. Overall, if you're looking for a great place to live with excellent management and a vibrant, supportive community, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved and will miss Parkside towns. Susan and Genet were very accommodating and understanding of anything that ever came up and ensured quality service every time they set up an event or get together. Whether you’re a single person or a family looking to stay in these wonderful town homes I say ABSOLUTELY DO IT!! Cannot recommend park side towns enough and the friendly neighbors/friends I made while living there!

We have lived at Parkside Towns for 5 years and have been very impressed with the management team and the maintenance crew. Every issue we’ve had has been addressed promptly and courteously. The property is clean. The residents seem to enjoy living here. It’s a great step up from an apartment property and it can fit your needs if you are between houses.

I lived here for 3+ years and had a completely positive experience. The office team (Susan and Genet) were always responsive and helpful! Anytime a repair was needed in my unit I could count on expedient service. Parkside Towns is a safe and clean and I recommend them if you are looking for a new home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Parkside Towns in Richardson. Management was always friendly, personable, and responsive. The maintenance crew was also friendly and timely when servicing requests.

We lived in their 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms town house for 2 years. We loved the house, neighbors, environment, and, most of all, very friendly office/maintenance staffs!! They were always willing to help us and took action right away after we made a request. All of our experiences with them were positive. They had a party quite often too - food track, Halloween, Christmas, etc. We did our best not to miss any:-) We so miss living in Parkside Towns..... We strongly recommend this place all the way from NY!!

My parents are relocating to Richardson from California in the Fall, and I have been scouting out potential communities for them to consider. I have been to a lot of properties, and some haven't been the most pleasant of experiences. Parkside Towns is a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and handshake. The Leasing Professional was very knowledgeable and took her time with me. At other properties, I received bad customer service after I told them that at I was looking for my parents who would not be relocating for 60 days. However, at Parkside Towns that was not the case. The Leasing Professional showed me a lot of available options, helped consider the pros and cons of each floor plan. Overall, this was the best experience I have had!

Excellent apartments built in 2014, very nice gated community and location. We take a 3 beds/3 baths one, and they treat us very nice. I study at UTD and the apartment is basically right opposite to my school. Highly recommended if you want to have a quite, secure environment to study and live.

This is really a comfortable and convenient place to live. The staff here are also very nice and helpful, definitely will recommend this to friends

When my family and I relocated to this area, we stopped in the office and was greeted with kindness from the office staff. The property was kept very clean and the pool looked awesome clean and clear which was a big plus for our family. Maintenance is always courteous and will do the work orders in a timely manner. We love living here and would always refer our family and friends. We just signed another year lease with Parkside, We can say this is our HOME!!!!

When my family and I moved here we loved this complex and still do, since the new management company took over everything has been great!! The office staff is very friendly and very understanding. The office is always doing resident events and that makes this property family friendly and we all get to know our neighbors. Pool is always clean and the property stays clean as well which is an A PLUS. Maintenance is much better and much faster on response.

Great management company, great staff, great maintenance staff, This is where you want to live, It's an awesome place to live, everything is very clean on the inside and out. Way to go Parkside!!! I will always recommend this property to all my friends and family and co-workers.

we are renting a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom town house (which was priced cheaper than some of the nearby complexes). Parkside towns is a beautiful complex which is extremely well run. the town houses are modern and new and the management are very friendly and helpful. the maintenance staff are excellent and always available (I was very surprised by the comment above as every time we have called we have had a positive response). it is perfectly located just off coit road and walking distance to shops and restaurants. the neighbors are very quiet and respectful of each other and the kids in the complex play together after school. its extremely clean and well maintained. (they are currently re landscaping so should be beautiful for spring). I highly recommend parkside towns in Richardson.

From the moment our daughter and I walked through the door of the Leasing Office to check on a possible lease our experience has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! Jenae and Jenelle are absolutely delightful, and incredibly professional. I knew that I would feel so comfortable and free of worry knowing that our precious daughter and grandbaby would be safe here. Each time I have rang they have always been eager to assist and we have never been disappointed. Good customer service is difficult to come by, but it is so refreshing to walk in or ring on the phone and know that whatever you need will be handled in a timely manner. The maintenance are just as EXCEPTIONAL! On the day of our daughters move-in, a really nice gentleman (please forgive me, I don't remember your name) took care of us so expeditiously when there was a small issue with the key, Israel is a delight and always has a smile.You are an AWESOME TEAM! When our daughter took ill again(she is a cancer survivor)and was rushed back to hospital, Jenae (property manager)reached out to me in North Carolina to see if there was anything she could do to help. I knew our daughter was in great hands the moment we walked through the doors and signed our lease. The home is cozy and you are close to everything, you don't really have to drive unless you want to on a warm spring or summer day. You will enjoy living here and calling it home.

The rent here is a little high but that's standard for this area. Although these apartments are very new they were made very poorly. The blinds break very easily, the paints easily stains, and the carpet padding is very thin (if you step in the wrong place you get stabbed by the tack strips). Also when we first moved in we noticed a leak in the guest shower, which we promptly reported to the office, and we didn't have it fixed for about 2 months causing mold to build up in the hallway. When they did finally come to check the leak and make some minor repairs there was no warning that maintenance was in my apartment, the only way I knew they had been in there was because the light bulbs were changed. I didn't like not knowing someone had entered my home.Overall it's an okay place to live however its not nearly worth the high rent.

It has been three weeks since I put in a maintenance request of a crack in the counter granite. All the meantime it is separating from the sink. Walked in a week later, second request. Now a week later... crickets. Nothing. Nadda. Zip. Zilch. Zero communication or review of the issue.
