I've lived at Parkside for three years, and it’s been a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are comfortable and consistently well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated property staff and attentive maintenance team. The property manager, Theresa, goes above and beyond to care for this community. It’s rare to find a manager so responsive and hands-on. She’s even personally scraped gum off the sidewalk in the summer heat which is just one example that speaks volumes about her commitment. Theresa leads by example and holds her staff to high standards, and it shows. I’ve lived in other places where the staff felt distant or unapproachable, but Parkside’s team is visible in the community and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. Over the past three years, I’ve seen firsthand how hard they work to keep the property in great shape and listen to resident feedback! They’re always seeking ways to improve the living experience. Some ways I've seen this in the past few years are: fresh paint externally, updated windows, deep-cleaned breezeways, additional dog waste stations, or organizing new community events that bring in small businesses and food trucks. Maintenance always resolves issues quickly and efficiently. They are very kind and you will always catch them around the property with a smile and wave - always hard at work! On top of that, the neighbors we’ve met here have been great too. If you’re a respectful resident yourself looking for a quality apartment with a responsive, caring team then Parkside is a fantastic place to live, esp. if you’re new to Katy!

Absolutely love living here. The pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Great gym as well. The management keeps on top of everything. Any problem is solved in a timely manner and all front office staff are so approachable. Theresa, Michelle and Barbara are all amazing. Same goes for the maintenance staff. Nothing is ever a problem! (Our last apartment had management that never got back to you, the pool, gym and common areas were never taken care of properly and were closed half the time) Parkside was such a nice change!! Location is great too. Walking to Kroger and Wiilowfork park. Even La Centerra if you like a long walk. Just a great place to live.

Parkside is a wonderful place to live! I've lived here for a few years now, and it is by far the best apartment complex I've lived at. The front office and maintenance people are very helpful and friendly. The apartments themselves are nice and well kept. It's a quiet complex with good insulation. I hardly ever hear my neighbors or traffic. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment!

I give Parkside 5 stars!! Let me just say this is the perfect place for me! The Location is awesome, with so many great amenities! Super close to stores nearby as well! I fell in love with Parkside!! They also love your fur babies!! Can’t wait to bring my fur baby to the Dog parks once he reunites with me! Parkside made my application process so smooth! As a first time renter, Michele helped make everything a breeze for me! You feel the great vibes when you walk into the office. Even the office smells so fresh and clean! I am super excited to call this place home!!! Michele and Theresa are super sweet and very attentive!! Just moved here a couple weeks ago, and I know I made the right decision!! I feel right at home. I moved from New York City to Houston Texas and this was the very first apartment that I viewed. I instantly fell in love, the leasing office was extremely friendly and attentive. All of my questions were answered, applying for the apartment was easy and with a fast response. I have been living here close to a year, and I must say I am honestly in my dream apartment. The leasing office and the maintenance crew do a wonderful job, keeping the apartment complex safe, clean, peaceful, and beautiful. I have actually received my first furniture from the leasing office, they even helped me move into my apartment. All of my needs are met here, and I am sure that yours will be met as well.

We have been looking for an apartment for almost a month, and once we stopped for a tour at Parkside we got hooked on the place and its beautiful scenes. The place is super clean and comfy and to put the cherry on the top, The community management team is so decent and kind, they made us feel at home. This is a highly recommended place.

I’ve been living here for almost 3 months and I absolutely love living here! When I was searching for a place to move I toured many properties and the moment I stepped in to Parkside I knew right away I found the perfect home. Michelle was so kind and patient. Blaine and Theresa are amazing as well! The staff takes pride in the property their constantly making sure it’s nice and clean. When I had a Maintenance issue they come right away, they’re on top of it! The whole staff is amazing at Parkside! That speaks volumes. The property is very safe, clean and quiet. Everyone that lives here is very respectful and friendly. They sometimes have food truck pop up that are very tasty! Highly recommend living here! Also they just painted the complex and looks amazing! Very modern!

I love living at Parkside Grand. It is quiet and a smoke free environment which is important to me with asthma. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. When I had an a/c problem on the weekend, it is considered an emergency with the temps in Texas and they responded even late at night or on the weekend. Also, there are different age groups but I do not even hear or see the younger folks. Do Not hesitate in looking into these apartments. You will not find better Managemen/Office staff in Katy! I moved from another state without knowing this! I have lived in many places but this has been the BEST in my life!!

I have lived at Parkside Grand Parkway since 2014, and look forward to another year. The apartment itself is better than I could have imagined with spacious rooms and closets, beautiful floors, nice appliances, and plenty of windows for maximum light. The grounds are filled with grass and trees in addition to two pools, all kept clean year around. There is plenty of visitor parking; covered parking and garages are available. As for personnel, there is none better. Manager Theresa plus Laura, Michelle, and Blaine in the Leasing Office are ready to help and answer any questions. They go out of their way to go the extra mile to make residents feel welcome year after year. Everyone is on a first-name basis. The maintenance staff is headed by Erasmo, who can fix any problem that's large or small. Assistance is available every day. All in all, I have lived in many apartment complexes but not one has come close to what's offered here -- comfort and security.

Beautiful property, helpful staff, and extremely pet friendly. I love how our apartment is maintained, it feels very luxurious to soak in a huge bathtub or cook in a kitchen with shiny appliances. The office ladies are always super kind to my little girls too, we feel like valued renters.

Parkside Grand Parkway is a great place to live. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. Both the office staff and the maintenance staff are always available any time you need something. The property is maintained beautifully. The pool is great and has grills. Close to shopping and freeways.

I’ve been living here for 3 years now and have enjoyed it immensely! The community is friendly, clean, and quiet. Theresa, Michelle, and the other management team members are very kind and personable! They know you by name, follow up on emergency maintenance, and answer all leasing questions quickly. Parkside has been a great home for us!

This apartment not only feels safe but the staff here know everyone by name. Moving in was quick, efficient and easy I could not have asked for a better apartment. Blaine is also such a great employee she has never failed to take care of even my smallest needs!

I've been living at Parkside since 2018 and it's the best place I've ever lived! The staff are friendly and welcoming, they get to know you by name. They take pride in what they do and it shows! The grounds are well maintained. The amenities in the apartment and the common areas are well maintained. Any maintenance request are handled quickly (though I've only had 2 in five years!). Safety is their top priority! We have a couple of sheriffs that live onsite as well. Communication with the staff is excellent! Any happenings in the complex or neighboring area are communicated promptly. They have also setup routine food trucks that stop by on weeknights throughout the year which is awesome! (less cooking is always a plus) I am happy to call Parkside my home! :)

I have lived at Parkside for 3 years and I’m about to sign another lease for a bigger unit. The staff has become family. They know me and my daughter by name and are so welcoming. The grounds are well maintained and we feel safe. Parkside has made me love apartment living

I moved in a couple of months ago, and this apartment complex has been the best one I have lived in thus far. :-) 1. Management and staff are wonderful and make sure everything is running smoothly 2. The apartment complex is well kept and ran correctly. 3. The people that live here are very nice. 4. The safety of the complex is superb and taken seriously. 5. The amenities are well kept. I am blessed to live in a place I can call home and feel safe. :-)

This place is amazing. When I moved out of this property in 2019 that was the biggest mistake ever. I went on to live at other apartment complexes and nothing compares to this beautiful property at Parkside. The staff there is like family. Every time I have come back to Parkside they have welcomed me back with open arms. I finally moved back in August and I feel like I am home again. I will be here until I buy a home because there is no place like Parkside. If you haven't been on this property, you should come check out what you are missing.

Wish I didn't have to go an could have stayed longer but due to work, Theresa and the whole front office crew always went above an beyond. Outstanding Amenities. There Gym room is insane!! Pools and ground area's always keep clean. Quiet PET friendly no complaints on my end. 6 stars if I could !!

So I have lived here for 2 years now . What can I say the apartment has all the amenities you need. They keep the property in tip top shape and the Ladies up front male sure if there is a problem it is taken care of . P.S They have a great pool and workout room .

Buildings and apartments are in very good condition and well maintained. Repairs are professionally executed. The grounds are like a nice park: trees, green grass, with a beautiful pool. During the leasing process everything is explained in detail and you are given access to the portal where a detailed record of your contract and rental are continuously updated. There is a very well equipped multifunction community area within the main office building. The cornerstone of this great property is the quality of management and staff. These are people who are always warm, friendly, very knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help wherever needed. My personal decision to live on this property was largely based upon my experience when interacting with one of the leasing agents and various other personnel. Considering the vast number of apartments available in this area, the Parkside Apartments are truly in the top tier for offering a high level of quality of life. The buildings and grounds are beautiful, but the wonderful people who work here were key to my decision. Just exceptional people. The location is extremely convenient for easy on/off the Grand Parkway. My review is based upon my comparison of many other properties in the Katy area over a period of 4 months.

I have loved my first year at Parkside Grand Parkway and will be renewing my lease for another year! A fabulous location on the Grand Parkway in Katy ISD, well maintained grounds, beautiful resort style pool, well equipped work out room, Amazon hub and central mail location, fantastic maintenance staff and great amenities! Most important, the staff of Parkside is amazing!!! Always friendly, remembering who each resident is and their name (I love that!), ready to help with anything at all!!! This is a fantastic bunch!!! I have lived in a lot of places but so very happy here at Parkside!!!

Parkside At Grand Parkway is very clean quiet and Ms Theresa and her staff in the front office is very nice and respectful and they will do everything in they power to help you in any ways and if you leave for vacation or anything they'll make sure to keep an eyeout for your belongings I love it here. I've been herefor a long time now. If you wish to live in a nice cleanresidence with a nice pool and grill this is your placeto be.

I have lived here for a year now! Not only is this complex in a great location. To 99 and I-10 , it's also located close by great places to eat! Complex is always clean and upkept ! Pools are Maintained, Gym (even though it's small) has great uptodat equipment open 24/7. BUT truth be told best selling point and why I am here is the staff. The wonderful people in the office pretty much bend over backward to make sure living here feels like your at a 5star resort . The maintenance group does the same, heck I have even seen them lead a hand moving new out of state tenants into their new home! The community is friendly and welcoming . Speaking of community if you have pets , not only are there pet cleaning location all over to supply cleanup bags , but they have a dog wash area ad well. And that's just the outside looking in. Inside is not only the gym , but mini movie theater , pool table, shuffleboard and coffee ??. If your not living here well your not living !

What an amazing place to live! It's beautiful, clean and luxurious; the staff is amazing and extremely helpful! They helped me move my stuff in without me even asking them to! The entire staff is warm and goes above and beyond what they have to do! I highly recommend living here; the best moving in experience I've ever had!

Parkside Grand Parkway is a Apartment complex that could be a forever home if need be. With amazing and modern apartments to Amazing staff to great amenities it does not fail to impress. I have been at parkside for about 3 months now and my experience has been Amazing! I moved to katy Blind from California and from the beginning to now Michelle was super helpful and kind. the first month in I had some minor issues here and there that I needed help with and Theresa the office Manager went above and beyond with helping me fix those issues and has welcomed me into her family. Being new to the area I was looking for Things to do, Blaine in the office was quick to give me recommendations for where to go and has been super helpful and kind since the moment I stepped Into the office. I also need to mention how amazing the Maintenence Crew is. Whenever I make a ticket for something I need help with they show up as soon as possible! Its the people that make these great apartments amazing! If you need a nice apartment with great staff in the Katy Area and want the best for your money. If you are reading this review you've found it!

Been living here for almost 3 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex. From maintenance to management everyone treats you as family. Maintenance gets any issue fixed asap which is not much because they keep this place up to date and make sure every thing is top notch. Management has been A+ since the first time ( looking for a lost package) to the day I signed my lease till now. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. I know for a fact all the ladies in the front will get you situated asap and make sure your stay at Parkside is well worth it.

I am residing here since almost 3 years, always had an amazing service from every staff members. They keep the areas clean, always willing to help with any issues you mention. Place is very clean and taken care of, Pools (yes 2 of them!) cleaned weekly, even Around the apartment area. They have a great office area with parties organized from time to time with amazing food trucks stopping by!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

We have been here going on 3 mos, the apt is wonderfull and the staff is simply amazing. I have never encountered such devotion from the office, Teresa and her team truly care about you and your living conditions. Would highly recommend this apt complex to friends and family. My wife and I have been living here for the past two years. And at first we had high expectations for this property. But this has changed over the past few months. First, let me start with saying even though the property looks well kept and safe. I'll be the one to confirm. It's NOT as safe as it seems. To be label luxury apartments and the amount in which we ALL pay for rent. There's NO sense of security at PARKSIDE. Over the past year I've seen residents wake up to damage vehicles. Cars left on bricks because their tires/rims were stolen, broken car windows etc. There's no cameras to prevent residents safety nor any security. We receive emails almost daily for the smallest issues but nothing is done in regards to the reoccurring problems. Our lease is up soon and we've decided not to renew. At, this rate I highly wouldn't recommend this property. Unless things change soon.

Parkside has been a great place I’ve called home for almost two years. The office staff is very friendly and property manager goes above and beyond. Recently, my AC went out on a Sunday evening and maintenance had it running within an hour. Would def recommend living here!!

Parkside grand parkway is an awesome apartment complex! The apartments are beautifully laid out, the management team is top-notch and swift to respond to any concern, and the maintenance team is prompt and does quality work. It is a quiet family oriented community that you can truly call home, with great amenities and an awesome location to boot. If you are able to lease here, I strongly recommend you do!

Me and my husband and our two fur babies absolutely love living here at Parkside Grand Parkway. The grounds are kept clean and well manicured, and the staff and management are AWESOME! I haven't had a single complaint since moving in during a pandemic last November. We are definitely renewing our lease! This is the first apartment that has ever felt like a "home". Management is great at communicating events, reminders, and news. They've also been incredibly prompt with any questions we've had. I love the ease of access to the gym, the two pools, & the mailboxes. MOVE HERE! You'll love it!! ?

We've lived here at Parkside since the middle of April and haven't had any issues so far. We're in the process of building a home and needed a great apartment with specific criteria while we're in between homes and Theresa went above and beyond to make it happen. She worked with me for WEEKS before we moved in, at crazy night hours to boot, to make sure she got us into the apartment we desired at a reasonable rate. We've had a few maintenance requests that have been handled in a very timely manner with super nice maintenance staff. The parking **knock on wood** has also been very adequate considering the complex is currently at capacity. It's relatively quiet in the evenings and the pool doesn't get too wild or loud at night which is great and they do have a strict 9pm close time which helps. I've been to the gym a few times (could definitely use more of that HA) and it's always clean and the equipment is also great. The staff at Parkside is also top notch. I have yet to meet anyone not willing to do everything they can to assist us with anything we've needed. I truly think we landed in a great complex to hold us until we move. Definitely give them a look if you're in the market for an apartment.

Any Maintenance requests I have had were either handled the same day or by the following morning at the latest. Any issues I have I always receive a response right away (even if it’s late at night Theresa literally responds around the clock) The management team are very good hearted, caring people who actually genuinely care about their tenants. Theresa and Laura are awesome and are doing an amazing job managing this property! The management team and leasing consultant Michele are one of the biggest and main reasons why I continue to renew my lease. I can literally go on and on. Parkside not only feels like home but is a Great place to call home!

I have been at Parkside now over 6 1/2 years. What a great decision I made! The staff, Theresa, Michele, and Laura are wonderful. Always willing to help and going out of their way to be sure of your satisfaction. I will be moving out in September........................................but only to a larger place at Parkside! Where else would I go? Also, not to be forgotten, the maintenance guys are very professional in taking care of any "problems" you may have. Great access to LaCenterra and Katy Mills, fantastic staff, and every amenity you need. HOME SWEET HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REVIEW 6/13/21 I love my apartment at the Parkside Grand Parkway Apartment Complex. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations to assist me in making my decision to live here and they continue to exceed my expectations regarding taking care of any maintenance requests that I might submit etc. I love the location of the complex, and I love it that all of the rooms in my apartment, including the kitchen and the bathroom are so spacious! I also have tons of storage space, which was a must for me. I researched so many apartment complexes in Katy and ended up picking this one. I have lived here 2 1/2 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. I am so loving it ??.

If I could describe my experience at Parkside, I'd say it is truly "above and beyond" in hospitality. I would highly recommend this complex, especially for the safety I feel. Thank you to the manager, Theresa and all her staff for being so welcoming :)

I have been living at Parkside Grand Parkway for over 9 months. The property is super nice and quiet. The leasing office and the maintenance staff are wonderful. They really care about providing a 5-star customer service.

I have lived here since 2017 and I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The office staff is super friendly and very prompt with any communication I've had with them. The maintenance crew is fabulous too. I've had very few maintenance requests, but when I have they have been completed at a timely manner. Very efficient! They keep the complex clean and it always looks nice and well kept. Definitely come check it out here. You won't be disappointed.

Parkside Grand Parkway has a staff that is best in the business! They graciously provided an extra bed someone had left when I moved in and helped me fix a busted tire on site one morning. The facilities are very well kept and cleaned diligently by staff members. Apartments have everything you need plus nice accommodations with the weight room and pool cabana. Have had a great five months living here.

I have lived here for over a year and while apartments in the near vicinity have problems with cars being broke into, I have never had any issues or have heard of any of those issues here. Very friendly and helpful staff in the office as well as the maintenance staff is quick to come and solve problems as needed.

Look no more everyone!! Just stay here and I promise you that it will be the best decision you’ve ever made. The manager Theresa really cares about her residents and will take very good care of you. I cannot even express enough how much I have really enjoyed living here. If i didn’t have to move out of state I would continue my stay. Staff is incredible and the property is spectacular. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommendable.

I had high expectations but these people went above and beyond them. What a way to take care of the residents and the property even when we are away. Their response to requests is immediate and effective. For job-related reasons I was considering to move out but there is no way I am missing out on the incredible property management we enjoy here. Kudos to Theresa, Laura, Michelle and the entire team.

I've been a resident at Parkside Grand for the past 1.5yrs. My experience here has been great. Beautiful property and the office staff is amazing. Their prices are more affordable then most here in Katy.
