Parkside at College Park

Parkside is great. The university of Maryland CS building is pretty near to it. The location is spot on. The apartment are fully furnished. Just the maintenance service is little bit slow. The apartment is clean and hygienic. Also the locality is pretty safe. Stores are also near.!!!!

It is really good, it spacious and well furnished. Study tables and closets r provided which is a plus points. Sofas r also provided in the living room

The rooms are same as displayed on the Website, though the bathroom is quite small, which can only accomodate one person. The living room is spacious while the bedrooms are okay-ish size.

I lived at Parkside from 2017-2019 while attending UMD. When I first arrived, Parkside was under different management and the state of the place was not ideal. Later, new management took over and things began to look much better. Recurring problems were addressed, packages were no longer lost, and issue that needed to be solved was solved. The new management cares about the property and the well being of its residents and will always, within reasonable limits, make your experience positive. At first glance, the price may seem expensive, but for College Park it is actually quite cheap. Further, this price doesn't account for the wonderful and compassionate management, the immersive experience of meeting others from different backgrounds, and the proximity to campus and the city. It is a great deal when you consider the factors that aren't always expressed on these websites. You won't regret the memories you can make at Parkside.
