Apartment complex is decently quiet, especially inside the unit. The park location is great, lots of walking paths to make it a long or short walk to and from for my kiddo. Multiple places for trash and recycling. I haven't run into a rude staff member yet.

Very responsive when it comes to something being wrong in my apartment. They either come within a few hours when I request the service or the very next day. Once finish with the job they always give a brief overview of what they did to fix it and what was wrong with it as well.

Very family friendly! Very much a community! Close to a lot of convenient shopping locations, and only a couple miles drive from the mall! Beautiful big park right next door and residents have access to a gym, indoor basketball, and hot tub! My favorite part is having the ParcelPending! It is a safe locked package delivery area where you sign up for when you become a resident and packages can be locked away safely (and dry!) while you are away from home! You get sent a code via email to access your package when you get home! Super simple and easy!

My wife and I have been a residents for more than six years. We have seen an investment of millions of dollars and years of planning, all designed to create a five- star community, one without peers in Eugene Oregon. We adopted a Newfoundland puppy. He enjoyed the treats that were generously provided. Pie Face enjoyed the pet-friendly atmosphere. I encourage everyone to be sure to at a minimum, take a tour and see for yourself just what you could be a part of.

I will say the one good thing is the maintenance staff. They respond right away and almost always know right away how to fix the issue (probably because it’s the same issue in every apartment all of the time). They are friendly and accommodating when it comes to the times they will come by. The office staff on the other hand don’t have many answers when it comes to questions, always having to defer to their manager for an answer. I’ve had to put in a complaint about smoking right outside or on patios by several neighbors which has resulted in them leaving notices on everyone’s door but nothing has changed. People still smoke and it wafts straight into your living room. Another issues is they do not allow window air conditioning units and portable units are extremely expensive. You also cannot run two a/c’s on the same circuit or it will trip the breaker so it gets extremely hot in the summer. The walls are either very thin or our neighbors are extremely loud, or both. We can hear our downstairs neighbors yelling all day, and the children bouncing a basketball inside and slamming the doors, rattling the whole apartment (again not a great thing with a newborn). We apparently live where all the kids in the area have decided is the playground zone, they play outside in the grass screaming or even in the parking lot, kicking soccer balls and throwing footballs, so your car will get hit. Yard work is done every Wednesday even if it’s raining, the rider mower they use often times just rips up the grass, especially in the area where they transition from the grass to the sidewalk and leaves huge mud tracks, it becomes a massive mud pit. They also run leaf blowers year round even if there is nothing to blow, which is again terrible for a napping baby and people working from home. The internet jack in my living room (and the unit below us) does not work. I had Comcast come out and they said it was a dead line and could fix it but needed the apartment to allow them to drill a hole to run a new line to both apartments, the complex refused to allow this. So the only internet line I have is in one of the bedrooms, making it difficult to work from home. When we first moved in several of the outlets were loose and the carpet was pulled up in several places. There definitely are worse apartments out there but this place isn’t worth what the cost was when I first moved in (which is quite a bit less than what they are charging now).

I love living here. My apartment faces Mangan Park and I enjoy watching pets and children at play. The hot tub is wonderful for my bad back. It is a wonderful community.

They have a lot of stores near by that are walking distance! Theres also a park to take the kiddos and dogs for either a walk or play in the park :) the neighbors here are friendly and the staff here is amazing

The warm and professional leasing team at Parkside Apartments really impressed me with how efficient and effective they were assisting me with the leasing documents. Everything went fairly smoothly and our new apartment is nice and clean with new carpets and new paint and it is a lovely quiet place with well-insulated walls. We had a washer issue and a leaky faucet and maintenance was here in less than 48 hours on a weekend to fix those non-emergency issues. It's a lovely place to live so far!
