Parks Edge is a quiet family neighborhood located on the north side of town, across the street from Oakland Junior High and Oakland Park. Choose from a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath duplex with or without an unfinished basement, or a 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex. Most of our spacious 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath duplexes have 1354 square feet of living space. We do have additional units that include an unfinished basement, adding approximately 675 square feet-ideal for the person with additional storage or workspace needs. In addition to our 3 bedroom duplexes, Parks Edge has a limited number of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplexes. With approximately 1570 square feet, this floorplan is ideal for the person who doesn't need a third bedroom and places a priority on spaciousness. In addition, all of the Parks Edge duplexes have fenced in back yards-perfect for families with children and/or pets.
