Property Ratings at Park West End
If you’re looking to rent from these people don’t even waste your time. I recently just moved in a couple months ago and it’s been rough. Maintenance pretends that they know what they’re doing and all they do is come and see what the issue is but they never really fix it. It’s no type of communication with them or the leasing office whatsoever. I’ve left plenty of messages and emails and i’ve never gotten a response. If i could leave yesterday then I would definitely have done that. There is dog poop everywhere and the sidewalks flood every time when it rains so mud is everywhere and will get in your house. So don’t walk but RUN. Some of these units aren’t even dated and are way over priced.

The entire office staff are polite , although the new management company "Pegasus" are doing their best to improve the property ,they (Pegasus) lack in communication to the residents , some of the people who live here have no respect for the office staff ,or themselves READ YOUR LEASE, there are rules you must abide by , I cant say anything bad about anyone who works at this property , Melania is the best at what she does .

Maintenance sucks. I've put in the same Maintenance order a good 6 times for about 8 months now. They come, they look, they leave. Nothing really gets fixed here. Management is rude and ineffective. I have very noisy neighbors who are polluting the property grounds and the moment I informed the office they defended the woman's actions and are treating me as though I am the problem. There is no playground for kids on site. The units a pretty but outdated, especially for the price you pay. Nothing is included in your rent. They will have fees for everything. Literally the only positive thing about this place is how close it is to the elementary school if you have kids.
I have been here well over a month now and am very satisfied with my choice. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in and management sent a worker to repair the three or four minor problems I noted in my check-in list the day after I submitted it. I am pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is here even though it is in a commercial area with lots of shopping nearby. I usually awake to the sounds of birds outside my window. I am eagerly awaiting the opening of the swimming pool! The maintenance crew always seems to be active making the buildings and grounds look nicer. The neighbors are friendly and I have never had a problem finding a parking space near my building.
The Property Manager and all the staff was very professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions about the property. Excellent place to live!!

Due to COVID many apartments are not showing potential renters or answering their phone. Park West End answered and booked a tour on the first phone call. I arrived late due to my lack of city knowledge and was warmly welcomed by Michaela. She took the time to explain their rent, fees, anemities, and options.
The property has great amenities and the balconies/patios are very nice. The leasing office and staff are very friendly and detailed.
Today I was given a tour of hopefully my future home in this great community the apartment was very spacious , and fits my needs.
It's exactly what you'd want when looking for apartments, someone who is nice and kind and able to answer any questions you have. Michaela was the one that helped me today and she was amazing. The area is really cute and nice too!
Jasmine gave me a great customer service experience, she explained everything in a very simple and understandable way this is my first apartment and she’s made the experience very easy to follow. The premise is clean and and quiet. If you’re looking for your next place I highly recommend Park West End & ask for Jasmine she’s really nice.

She also referred me to something that’s more fit for me and helped me come to a final decision in what I was looking for . I give this property 5 stars in that I have searched this area for one bedroom apartments that meet my budget and other requirements. The area is relatively quiet being that is located not far from Broad Street. Jasmine, the Leasing Consultant, did an excellent job in providing me with the leasing details and their availability. I was truly impressed with her customer service and the office environment. The grounds are also well kept, which is also an added bonus.
Nice area love the location, the property is beautiful and comes with a pool and laundry onsite! Which is super convenient for me. Also, the apartment is nice and cozy! Definitely recommend!
Leasing agent that helped us was very friendly and helpful. She wanted to make sure we understood every aspect of the lease/application process before even touring an apartment. This property offers an option where you don't have to pay your entire deposit at once which really helps if you're moving on a short notice like us....Great first impression.

I was once a tenant here & hopefully, I’ll be a tenant here again!!! The landscape is always kept in excellent condition, the maintenance workers always come in a timely manner to fix any issue you may have, and Michelle the Asst. Manager & Blondie the Property Manager are wonderful!!! They make the application process easy and will answer any questions and/or concerns you may have!!!

I’ve been looking and looking around, I am fairly new to the area and I fell in love with this place. Over the phone they were being extremely helpful, I came in an picked up an application and I can’t wait to move in.
I took a tour last week and instantly fell in love with the two bedroom apartment! They’re very spacious and I love the hardwood floors. The leasing office was also very nice and informative! I’m applying and hopefully get approved!

My grandfather and I have been looking for an apartment for awhile now. We had 3 complexes to pick from, if we had visited Park West End first and not last the search would of ended much sooner. Miss Sumore treated me respectfully and answered all my questions over phone. When arriving to the complex Miss Michaela greeted us and eased us through the leasing process making it much more tolerable.
I toured the property this weekend looking for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment to move into in the next few months and I was surprised how spacious it is and such a good location! I really liked the renovated units and it is centrally located but it's tucked away and it was really quiet when I went to tour. The leasing office was decorated nicely inside and very clean and Michaela has been super helpful along this process! The unit size is great and I plan on signing and moving in.
I toured the apartments today and I am amazed. I love the upgraded look and not to mention the price. The space is more than I expected and cannot wait for my move-in date. I worked with Michaela in the leasing office and SHE IS AMAZING! Very upbeat, friendly, funny and yet still professional. This beautiful property is located centrally to two major highways 64 and 95. Minutes away from Broad st. Shopping. Its wonderful manicured property is a inviting calling card. Having a fireplace in a apartment is a great touch of elegance. The galley kitchen makes a very impressive feature to my unit. Cannot wait to furnish my unit and begin comfortable living

I went check prices at par west end months ago and Ms. Russell had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Her pleasant attitude, overall knowledge, commitment to find the best deal for me as a customer was unmatched. I was not in a position to follow through with my apartment at the time, but my pleasant experience made park west my first stop when I started looking for apartments again.
