Park Terrace Apartments

Would not recommend for many reasons. Too pricey too for what they offer

Property management is kind and helpful. My apartment is spacious and quiet.

Let me start by saying that I really liked my apartment, the size and layout were great. Cleanliness across the property, with the exception of the pool, is very nice. That being said, DO NOT let the pleasing aesthetic and what appears to be a somewhat reasonable rent price fool you. This place is poorly run and only after your money. Once you've moved in, you no longer matter. Also, forget what your lease says. They'll change things at the drop of a hat. And, not discussed during the move in process, they have total control over your A/C and heat. Whenever they deem it the "appropriate" time, they turn off your access to either the heat or A/C and replace it with the other. Hope you enjoy sweating in your apartment in late October. I'm very disappointed in this place, as I had high hopes when moving in, but I'm glad to be moving on to somewhere better as I am definitely not renewing my lease this spring. Please, don't be the poor soul who takes over my apartment.

This is a great place to live. Nice and quiet location. Beautiful newly renovated units. Awesome maintenance staff. And the property manager, Josette, is absolutely fantastic! She is super accommodating and helpful; she always makes availability and offers her support with anything you may need. Best property manager I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been renting for a very long time. Would highly recommend Park Terrace. So do yourself a favor and submit the application.

I’ve been living at Park Terrace for about a year now and really like my apartment. The area is great, it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Josette, the property manager, has been very helpful since the start of my move in & approval process. She’s made things very easy and got me the unit I was looking for at a fair price range, with a completely renovated unit. Over the last year, she has been great at taking care of any issues that may have come up and is always available to assist with anything I may need. As a result, I have just decided to renew for another year and would highly recommend this community if you’re looking.

I love living at Park Terrace, the building updates have made it even more beautiful inside and it still continues to be clean and well kept! Everyone is very friendly throughout the building! Josette and Peggy in the office are amazing to speak with when having any issues or concerns/questions. Anytime I’ve had to call down to the office for something they heard me out and addressed the issue/concerns I had in such a fast and timely fashion, truly the absolute best!!

I had an amazing experience with the property manager Josette. The customer service was outstanding and was exactly the type of interaction I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Josette. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect spot as a traveling nurse.

I can’t say enough how happy I am here ! I feel safe, I feel comfortable everyone is always so nice. Josette goes above and beyond to help she is the the sweetest and kindest. I recommend this place to all !

Too expensive for me to afford so I decided to move but since I moved I haven’t found anything close to being nice as that apartment. No bugs roaches , quiet and maintenance comes fast

I've lived at Park Terrace for over 12 years and it's great! Conveniently located near everything tucked into a park setting. The office manager and maintenance team are always quick to get things handled. The building and property is clean and well maintained.

I have lived at Park Terrace since 2012 and I am very happy living here. The Management, the maintenance team and neighbors are very friendly and extremely helpful. The building is safe and secure, the property inside and around the grounds are well kept, and clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to live. JW tenant.

I have lived at Park Terrace since 2012 and have loved every second of it. The building is very clean, the area outside the property is very clean as well. The amenities available when renting an apartment with Park Terrace are wonderful and so accommodating. The maintenance staff are always quick to help and complete any repairs in a timely manner. The management staff always lends an ear or a helping hand when a problem or a repair needs to be done. I feel very safe living here and couldn't see myself living anywhere else.

Park Terrace Apartments is a well hidden secret in the Holmesburg, Mayfair section of Philadelphia. The property is well keep inside and out. The staff is friendly and courteous and will go out of their way to help their tenants. The tenants are also friendly and courteous. It has easy access to transportation, good schools, and shopping. I highly recommend this apartment complex to call your home.

From my first visit to the office to my move in a little over a month ago it has been a great experience. The apartment is wonderful. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and very quiet. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I am so glad that I made the decision to move to Park Terrace Apartments. I love my apartment!

If you are looking for an apartment that truly feels like home, this is the place. The apartments are lovely and well maintained. The grounds are kept in good order. The staff is friendly and considerate and repairs are done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone.

When I first moved in my apartment, now 4 years ago, I thought temporary fix. Now I keep thinking why can't I just buy my apartment, cause this place is my home. I love it here. It's quite and when you do see people in the hallways or elevator, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The staff is pleasant, helpful and organized. And inside and out is always clean. I really have no complaints at all about my building. I loved to continue to raise my son in this building and neighborhood.
