I've noticed people don't come to a complete stop at stop signs. They hardly slow down for them. The neighbors wave and speak with you.

The area I live in is an overall great place. I have had no complaints. It is very quiet and has a very friend atmosphere. We are a helpfully community.

If I were to move here again, I think I would because the overall environment of this area is safe and there are great schools around for kids to attend. There is some crime, but it is not as much as the other regions of Philadelphia

The jobs around the area are acceptable. Without some type of certification or degree it may be challenging to find a good paying job.
