I've noticed people don't come to a complete stop at stop signs. They hardly slow down for them. The neighbors wave and speak with you.

I have lived here all my life and have seen numerous neighbors come and go of all kinds. In all 20 years of my life the only crazy thing that happened was a bad car accident which could happen anywhere. I love my neighborhood!

A quiet neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia. Plenty of places to go out for dinner or drinks (Dagwoods, the Ashburner). Easy access to 95. Close proximity to Pennypack Park and the Delaware Waterfront. I've lived year for several years and have never felt unsafe. I would definitely move here again.
