The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Place
Went to these apartments while visiting MO and looking for places to possibly live. The office staff were very nice and attentive even knowing it was just to look for a future possible move. They still gave me their complete attention and walked me around to show the property.
Absolutely love living here! The area is super nice and feels really safe, and the sparkling pool is such a bonus, especially on hot days. The apartments themselves are super spacious, which is hard to come by, and everything feels well taken care of. The staff is honestly the best part, they’re kind, helpful, and really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!
Bathany and her staff went beyond my expectations to show me this location and exceeded my needs. I am so gld this team brought this to my search in the area.
Staff is cheerful, organized and I believe truly love the property and the residents that live here. Your not just another apartment number.
They lie about fees they don't get things done. They charge you for things they say are included and they just want your money....
I have lived here at Park Place Apartments in Springfield, Mo. for over 10 1/2 years and I can honestly say it's home and you couldn't live in a better place and it's not just living here I love. It's the people, the neighbors who feel like family more than just neighbors. We look out for one another and it makes me feel safe living here. The management staff is awesome and very helpful and caring. This is living!
In August we will be have lived here 2 years. It is a nice neighborhood and close to my job. The staff is helpful and maintenance staff is quick to fix problems. They are willing to work with us on issues we have. It is a great place but not where we'd like to stay forever unless we get into a 2 bedroom we are in a 1 bedroom with 3 of us so not ideal but necessary. So Rent for life would be so wonderful for my family.
