Roaches and Mold
I moved into a filthy unit with no AC, took days for them to get a technician out to fix it. Then came the German roaches. I had to spend the first few days deep cleaning the unit because it was so filthy I couldn’t move my belongings in there. The management company is abhorrent, won’t do anything for you unless you make it your full time job to harass them about it or report them to the BBB. Now I have mold and they’re trying ti act like they don’t need to fix it.
