We are here to help you find your new home, apply today! Park Place is comprised of 2 separate buildings. Both buildings have an elevator, package locker system, gym, community room, and laundry rooms conveniently located on each wing on every floor. Security is a high priority and everyone’s responsibility. For your safety, our access system uses electronic key fobs, and we are equipped with security cameras throughout the property. Assigned garage stalls in the underground parking are available to rent for a $45/month fee. The nicely furnished guest suite is the perfect place for your visitors to stay for $80/night. We are an environmentally conscious company. We invested in rooftop solar arrays to reduce our energy needs from Xcel. Additionally, to help preserve our precious water system, we use very limited ice-melting products. Instead, we heat the sidewalks to melt the snow and ice.

Worst place to live tons of noise, kids running around screaming, riding bikes in hallways. The owner doesn't care about the resident's, lauren is very unprofessional. Will not help you with any problems. He will yell at you. Do not live here. Staff is great though they should work for a better company.
