I would give this place zero star, they will try all kind of ways to rip you off, building is so old. they claim they never receive my 60 day notices and force me pay one month rent and month to month fee. please get your money's worth somewhere else

I have resided at Park Club for 6 years now and just had another great customer service experience. It was a simple replacement of a window blind but small things like that make a BIG impact. Service with a smile! Thanks to Sarah and her staff for making Park Club such a great community to live in. Highly recommend for those looking for a top shelf rental community.

I moved away from this location over a year ago to down size and I regret it. The place I am in now cost the same for almost half the footage. I miss the garage and the multiple floors. I, personally, had a great repore with the staff and they answered anything or fix anything withon a timely manner. Only downside is the dated colors and some squeaky floors. But thats nothing. Kinda gives is a older home feeling really. Miss You Guys!

Our 3 years here were less than satisfactory. Parking was a joke, unless you work hours when no one is home then you are screwed. Walls are thin you can easily hear next door People would illegally park in front of our apartment but the staff would warn them but they kept doing it and Park Club never did a single thing about it!!! Rent jacked way up every single year Pool is never kept clean All in all, don't bother with this place. If it weren't so expensive I'd be a little easier on it, but it was always trying to be something it just isn't
