Property Ratings at Park at Westminster
Having completed my lease after a year, I'm relieved to be moving on. My experience with the management team was quite negative; interactions often felt unpleasant and dismissive. Additionally, residents in any of the thirteen apartments adjacent to the dumpster experienced significant odor issues, particularly affecting master bedroom closets with what appeared to be mold, rendering them unusable. These conditions reportedly worsened during the summer months. While these concerns were raised, the response was that relocation could only occur at the end of the lease term. I wish future residents better luck

Do not rent here biggest mistake I ever made. I moved to Pennsylvania from Los Angeles to be closer to my family and I had a time crunch. I thought the prices were reasonable and the property looked nice. I thought I was going to have a good experience. I have had the worst experience in my 20 years of renting, I’ve been here a year and a half and they’re about to raise my rent for a second time. I’ve had maintenance Enter my unit without giving me a call. Emailing me or anything, three times when I told them I didn’t want maintenance coming into my unit without calling me first My electric bill this past month was 260 when it’s usually less than 100. Even though I used the same amount of electricity. all the utilities go through management and they will charge you for anything if anything goes wrong in your unit, even though it’s normal wear, and tear (not normal, nothing should fall apart this easily when you’re paying premium rent) it should be covered by all of the fees you’re already paying. they will charge you for anything and everything they can. It is a money pit and a scam. If there was a negative star review that’s what they would be getting.

Lindy has passed as much of the cost of as possible onto tenants, your water heater leaked and the need to replace the floor? now your rent is getting increased. but most recently a large portion of the residents received an electric bill that is double or triple what they usually are, I've heard people getting charged as much as $750 for the electricity for a 2 bedroom apartment. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and mine was $670 when its usually $180. we all reported this to lindy and all they did was tell us nothing is wrong and the readings are correct. The management of this complex does not care about you, they only care about making the most money they possibly can with the least amount of work
The Park at Westminster used to be a great apartment complex but recently it has gone downhill. They have a parking problem in front of the D Building, the staff at the leasing office do not care about anyone but themselves. The rent increases are out of control, they are charging people whatever they feel like just so their pockets are full. They charge for water and sewer but they base it off of the square footage of your apartment and not your actual usage. The only plus is they do fix things on time in your apartment but I would still not recommend leasing an apartment from here.
Very disappointed with the property. We loved it when we moved in two plus years ago and hated it when we left. When we moved in we thought the location and apartment were great until 6 months ago when they started allowing college students who party everyday till 3 am to rent there. We complained to the office many times and even called the police on the neighbors upstairs and nothing happened. I also found out before these neighbors moved in above us the company put in hardwood floors so we could hear EVERYTHING! I know it is apartment living but it is bad when you can hear your neighbors upstairs using the bathroom! ?? Do not believe the whole concrete ceilings and you can’t hear anything. Bull! I had to sleep with ear plugs the last couple months. Never again will I rent here or refer anyone. Plus side is the maintenance team was fantastic!
Apartment hunting during Covid has been a process. However from start to finish she made the process very easy for me I stated what my budget was what I wanted and she got on it . The communication was great she was very efficient the apartment is lovely very spacious and the community is very safe and clean . I would recommend this property and the staff to future prospect. I can’t thank Akira enough ! :-)

The most redeeming part of this complex is the maintenance staff John and Rob are off the charts at taking care of your needs. Property manager Alison is rude unattentive and doesn't know who you are. Noisy all the time from traffic and rude residents. It is not pet friendly. If your dog barks at someone your lease will not be renewed. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere
I just moved in and my experience has been great. The rental staff has been wonderful to work with and gave me a follow up phone call after I got in to make sure everything was ok and to see if I needed anything else. There are security cameras through out the complex to make me feel at ease and adequate sound proofing so I do not hear my neighbors. Highly recommended.
Awesome school district. It is hard to keep windows open, there is always some kind of power tool operating during the summer. No air conditioner in extra bedrooms.Bring a good plunger!
I love my apartment. It is spacious and I always feel like I am on vacation. I have lived here for 5 years, and would love to stay here till the end. Currently I am being treated for Lung Cancer, and I am close to all my doctors and hospital. The area is wonderful and my neighbors are the greatest. i have a huge balcony where I can enjoy the ripples of the water from the pool. The fitness center is great and they have a dog walk area, where I walk my dog, Oliver. IT is situated on a park like setting and the area is meticulous. Shopping is right around the corner...Outside gazebo...perfect for pictures and also a spacious community room to celebrate special occasions... Cindy Lesnick, Warrington, PA
