Stellar Customer Service!!!

I am relocating to the Atlanta area for a new job. I instantly fell in love with this community and reached out and Sonya, property manager, answered all questions including the ones not property related. I decided against applying and started inquiring at other properties. I didn't receive the same level of customer service. I sent Sonya an email inquiring again and she replied even though she was out of the office informing me the initial unit I wanted was available. I applied on a Friday night and received an email I approved on Sunday morning.

Love my new home!

So far so great! Friendly staff and my apartment is better than I imagined it would be. Despite the office being very busy when I arrived my move in went smoothly and the manager Sonya made me feel welcomed.

Think Twice Before Moving Here

My overall experience has been horrible.Lewis House Community is not a family oriented place to live.If you have kids or a college student.I don’t recommend Lewis House Community.It should have been more of a senior living community.I have been located in NW Georgia for over ten years,I must say this is the first place that I encountered problems.Its very disappointing that this community is located in Kennesaw because Kennesaw is known for being very family oriented.

Don’t Be Fooled

I loved the apartments and the management when I toured and picked my unit back in September. However, since then there has been very poor communication and my move-in date was set to be pushed back for 3 months in a row. I was notified the DAY BEFORE I was going to move-in that I couldn’t. And this was after I had called a few days before to confirm that I could move in at the agreed upon time. I understand that there are things beyond management’s control, but I cannot stand the amount of deceit and lack of communication that was executed by the staff. I felt continuously lied to, and I still have not received my $550 deposit and application fee back (as was promised in November). It has been over a month now that I have been waiting. I had ended my lease early at my previous living situation so I could move into Lewis House Apartments, so I was desperately scrambling to find new arrangements after my original move-in date was pushed back for the 3rd time. Imagine if I had no other arrangements? The measly $500 gift card, and a few days’ free rent promised by management as consolation would not have covered the expenses I would have incurred living elsewhere while waiting for the community to open up. Apparently they revoked the $500 gift card offer later on anyways. I had to frantically search for a new/different place, and am happy with my decision. I was able to find a bigger apartment at a cheaper price. I’m thoroughly disappointed with how this situation was handled and the lack of professionalism by Lewis House Apartments.

All future residents are properly notified of any community delays as soon as they become available and your remark regarding being notified of a delay only one day prior to your move in date is simply not true. Unprofessionalism

I moved to Kennesaw for a new job and my move date got pushed back twice. It was fine the first time. But the second time was a couple weeks before heading over. They only offered $500 and 7 days of free rent when my date was pushed two months. I have talked to jasmine about getting my deposit back and she said it would take two weeks. It's been Almost two months now and I wonder if this is happening to anyone else. She definitely need better skills to handle a job like this. Next step will be to complain to the Business bureau.

Run away

Very unprofessional. Move date got pushed twice and now it's taking over a month and a half to get my deposit back. Jasmine is very bad at communicating and unprofessional. Make sure you get her to send you documentation of everything she promise.

Fantastic Community with a great team!

The concept for this property is fantastic. The units have a great design and the community is excellent. All the best amenities. With living in smaller buildings in a community setting it is a great concept. Can't wait for Pandemic to end and spend time with our neighbors. Don't think the units will last next to park and easy walking to charming downtown!

The Best Ever!

My sister and I had an appointment with Ms. Sonya. Sonya was so professional and the best personality ever! Both she and Jasmine were so friendly. My goodness this place look like something in New York! We are truly excited! I have never seen anything like this!

Park views are amazing

I leased an apartment with the most spectacular park view! I made the decision to downsize into an apartment and I couldn’t be more excited to move to the community. Sonia patiently allowed me to view different apartments until I was sure of the one that I wanted and she answered all of the many questions I had about the community. The pool is still under construction so there weren’t any amenities to see.

Beautiful!

We were able look at multiple layouts and although there was still construction going on we can tell these apartments are top notch! Jasmine was great in showing us what she could. She was so friendly and personable! Can’t wait until move in day!
