Living here gives you a sense of calm and pride .Property is well maintained by a courteous staff who fix things right first time. The office staff is just like family who really care about residents. It truly is a park like setting off highway 41 close to stores and restaurants, interstate roads. You will find your neighbors are very nice and it is pretty quiet here. They say time tells all, well we have been here since 2009 so I say they stood the test of time. Love it here. You will find it a great place too!

My lease is set to end 9/7/22. My roommate can't afford the apartment himself and refuses to move out. Even though I gave my 60 day notice and moved out, they are going to charge me $2,255 for my roommate's actions.

I have lived at Park at Kennesaw going on 8 years now and love it! the grounds are kept beautifully, the apartment homes are gorgeous and we have a great office and maintenance staff. Maintenance is awesome, they have fixed each of my requests in a very timely manner and have never had any problems. The neighbors are wonderful and it is a very safe place to live. Best place in the Kennesaw area, best value for the money. I will continue to make it my home.

I've been at Park at Kennesaw for approximately a month and so far no major issues. Any minor issues that I've had was resolved in a timely manor.
Fair value ,great location ,kept up to date with upgrades. My experience in 11+ years has been positive .The current staff under leadership of Caitlain & Gerald make all the difference in the world they are friendly , kind and always willing to help my neighbors out in any way they can . If I have any repairs they are done right first time. I am out and about property walking my dog many times a day { Older Dog lol} they are always friendly and smiling . We just went through many renovations so place looks nice. Looking forward to when Covid is over and more folks can be out and about . We are missing some flowers about property but I am sure the fall plantings will be here soon .
This apartment complex is very nice in comparison to the previous one we lived in. We are thankful for the hard work that management puts in to keep this community clean and pleasant.

I lived here for about 2 years now friendly staff and a peaceful community
I've lived here for 5 years and I still can't find a place better suited for my needs. It's not far from great restaurants and places to shop, and not far from nearby schools. The Maintenance staff has always responded in a timely fashion, and showed up the next day to handle my problems. The Building Management has always been kind and will go out of their way to show the tenants a good time. This neighborhood is a quiet, kind and clean place, I hope to stay here a while longer, at least until I buy a house:)
After looking at ton of places around Cobb County, we finally settled on Park at Kennesaw. We were excited to move in, now we can’t wait to leave. We have had so many issues living here. They make you sign a paper when you move in telling you that you have to clean your windows. Thought it was strange, but didn’t think much of it. Now we have learned in the winter season that if we don’t wipe the condensation off of the aluminum windows at least twice daily, then we get disgusting mold growing up the windows. The alarm in the fitness center has been going off for months now. The management threatens to take away pool access when kids come and trash the pool. They video tape how you throw your trash away and threaten to fine you if you physically throw it into the dumpster instead of gently placing it in. They suggest writing down license plate numbers of people you see speeding in the neighborhood so they can fine them. They have made errors with our charges and placed the blame on us for not catching the error sooner, not refunding us for the overcharges. We have had the pest control at apartment 3 times in our short time here and we still have issues with spiders and roaches getting in. Management always responds to issues in a rude and condescending way. But we do have to say, the maintenance staff is so great and very friendly. They do a good job of responding quickly and try to fix what they can in the best way possible. Also, we love the neighboors we have met. People here are very kind. Some of them have told us how they up your rent a ton each year, so beware of that. Location is close to everything you could ever need. Although, maybe not the safest area to be walking around alone.
This management is awful and has chances hands twice in the last month. The remodeled apts is the only decent thing here. The online payment methods are pure unreliable and needs an enhanced update. All their ledgers and dates from the computers are far from accurate. Hate to say it but it looks like we're going to be getting a new management staff in very soon. Hopefully they know how to handle things correctly. I've only been here 1 month and I'm already regretting it. I don't ever want to step foot in this apartment Office Again ! They lack knowledge and are very misinformed on how to speak to tenants.
I like living here but I need a place to bbq instead of going to the pool all the time.
