The ground is well kept, the apartment is nice but I have only been here a few days and exterminators have been out twice to get rid of roaches. That’s a huge problem because they don’t seem to be going away. I am hoping this is a temporary problem

Good complex tic rent overall. All in leasing office as are helpful and nice, maintenance is timely. Only issue is enforcing poop areas and pick up-dog poop stench smell and visible.

Had a good move in. There were some minor issues with the unit but they were handled / addressed immediately. Otherwise it has been a smooth transition, management has been very responsive to our questions and concerns. I look forward to experiencing all that the community has to offer.

Every issue I’ve had since moving here has been resolved so quickly. I’ve been enjoying living here and this is week 2. My neighbors are quiet for the most part as well.

ive been here 5 years with no plans to go anywhere else. noise is at a minimum, safe to walk all day/early morning/night time. families, walkers, dogs... good neighbors. clean pool and common areas. close to 285, 400, buckhead, dunwoody, roswell, the river....., maintenance replies quickly and does a good job!

Pretty nice and feels safe at night. I mean a bit pricy for th look and feel of the community. Neighbors keep to themselves which is nice. They also charge a monthly bug spray but use the weakest stuff it feels like cause spider, centipede, beetle, etc. all I have found in my apartment at some point. Especially the spiders.

Marcus was very helpful and informative. He was patient with answering all of my questions and ensuring I had an easy move in process. The apartment was cleaned out well and the leasing office in general is a great staff.

I like the environment, the neighborhood, and the surroundings, it is very quiet, it has environments for all ages, I like the speed in which they solve the problems, I would only say that they must improve the cleanliness of the around the buildings

I really enjoy living here the office people respectful and Maintenance do come in a reasonable time to fix things I love all the flowers around security gates no Drama and I love all the Amenities
