Property Ratings at Park and Main
This place isn’t worth the price. The neighborhood is super loud, sketchy, and unsafe. The quality of the apartment build is cheap. Walls are super thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. The gate is supposed to be secure given the neighborhood, however, multiple cars have been broken into; and recently, one car in the lot had all of its wheels stolen due to the gate being open all night. I will definitely be moving once my lease is up. Not worth it!
I lived here for a year, its a nice complex with nice amenities, but unfortunately its in the wrong neighborhood, completely unsafe, not walkable outside, lots of homeless people always around at the front door of the building. Jumping on you asking for money.If you’re a light sleeper it’s not the place you want to be, there a close fire-station that keeps going off every 10 minutes, Main Street is very noisy with music on the weekends. I witnessed a man getting shot across the street by Wethersfield Ave once. There is a lot of other places you can be with the same rent or cheaper and safer of course. And good luck finding the lease office managers they’re always not there. Overall not a good experience
I would say what makes it special to live here is the staff. The leasing office is always pleasant and quick to respond. They host great community events which are always fun to meet everyone in the building. The maintenance team always goes above and beyond. They’re extremely helpful no matter the request big or small! Thankful to live in a great community.
Don’t waste your money here! They don’t even paint your apartment! They only use primer paint! Who does that!! The floor are also sinking!
They will lie about lease and change it on you! Please get a physical copy
I did not move here but I just wanted to say the staff was very kind and I enjoyed my tour.
