The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park 151
Worst management. There has been an ongoing issue with cigarette smoke in the apartment complex for 5 MONTHS. Management has not remedied this situation despite daily complaints, a demand letter from an attorney, and pleas that this is causing health issues. The only option I am being offered is a lease transfer (this is after 5 months of constant communication about the option) which places the burden of finding a replacement entirely on me. Management truly does not care about you
they only communicate when it benefits them but there are so many ongoing issues that aren't being addressed. For example, the elevators have been down for over 2 months with 0 update and no timeline for when they'll be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the two down elevators have been a massive inconvenience for all residents, and have been working daily with our elevator technicians to get them back online. We have been sending elevator updates every time we have them, we recommend checking to see if our emails are going to your spam. If you need assistance with your 1Valet account, please stop by the office and we would be happy to help. We would love the opportunity to address any other issues, please reach out to the leasing office to schedule a time to meet at your earliest convenience.
At first glance, apartment is really nice. Everything is new, common spaces are spacious and well decorated, location is pretty great. However, we’ve only been here for 2 months and here are all the issues we’ve encountered: - All tenants have to buy into the building wifi, which is a ridiculous $99/month. The wifi was down the first few days we moved in and as more people are moving into the building, I’ve found that I can no longer hold video calls for work without the network constantly cutting in and out. - Walls are thin enough where we can hear dogs barking from the apartments on the other side of the hall and people walking/running or talking in front of our door. - Package room is a mess. There’s no organization system and you just have to dig around for your package and hope you find it. - Front desk staff can be pretty unfriendly, even outright rude. Not expected in a luxury building. - Maintenance has access to all rooms and will enter at their own convenience (happened twice for us, both times when no one was home). There is no place to provide feedback on the above. I feel like we were trapped into a 14 month lease and have to accept all the issues that come with this apartment with no expectation of improvement.
