This is how bad my apartment was. I had to contact Indiana Board of Health. They gave the apartments 30 days and nothing to my apartment was done . Then they gave days to move out. This was March 2023 .
This place is not a great place to live it is poor in communicating what is going on and the work request are a joke there's no maintenance people

Spacious and comfortable apartment not to modern but not outdated unbeatable pricing I would say this is a hidden gem considering how the economy is looking at the moment..

I have lived in here for two years and ever since I moved in my apartment was not completely done. I was in a need of moving fast due to my children. I was ok with me moving in how it was because it was told to me that it was going to be fixed after I submitted all my Move in concerns. I have constantly been putting work orders during these two years. All this Management cares about is the exterior of the buildings. My truck got towed twice without me getting notified due to them painting the streets. I was not the only tenant that they moved their cars without being notified. I understand there is a process of doing things, I understand there is a protocol and procedure. But this management places notices on the main doors saying and notifying when things will suppose to be done but they never follow what they say. I have been without heat for two days now and they have LAZY EMPLOYEES NOT KNOWING what they are doing starting from the office staff to the outside employees. I have been in this field of PM for more than 10 years and the way how this Management is handling this property is not a safe place to live IN GENERAL. They lose rent and then place you a nasty letter on your door. Crime in here is always shootings and drugs involved. That is the reason why I will not recommend, and I am moving from the apartments.

I would say the apartment itself in the inside is very spacious, that’s the best feature. The outside of the apartments don’t look so good. Office staff is dysfunctional. When I moved in they gave me two keys that didn’t work. So I had to wait for a maintenance man from another site to change my locks. Blinds were not changed before moving in.

They make you pay a $100 holding when u apply on top of the 60$ application fee and it tells you if u get denied you get the $100 back..why I applied in late November and I still haven't received my $100 back ...I call no answer or I get told someone will call me it's nothing she can do ....then I keep getting emails asking how I like my place..like what?... I wasn't approved and where is money ...I'm so confused ...can I get my money back or I guess I can go to BBB cuz at this point something needs to be done

My apartment is spacious and beautiful. Parking is available, love the hard wooden floors, love my spacious balcony as well. Dishwasher is another great amenity.

Wellington Village use to be a nice place to live. The new management doesn't care about the residents. It's all about money for them. They're allowing this community to go down. The buildings are dirty, tenants keep it cleaned. The outside grounds are nasty, trash everywhere. The pool isn't open.

If you need an affordable spacious place to live Wellington is your place but DONT expect consistent working washers, good communication from the front office, good or even acceptable customer service, clean buildings and parking lots.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. wish i could give 0 stars.they literally never follow up for a maintenance request until you call them 10 times. they have an off site office who answers the phone and says they can’t do anything because they’re off site. washers and dryers nearly always broke! and they have the audacity to raise the rent. so glad to be moving out of here

Pool has been down for 3 years. Apartments are NOT smoke free. Office people are rude and do not care about the your problems.
My apartment has nice space. Close to my work and church. The maintenance is prompt. People are polite, friendly.
I love my apartment, it fits me perfectly. I have plenty of space, I don't feel crowded at all. I have an underground lower level apartment with lots of windows so lots of sunlight. It also has stayed cool enough all summer that I haven't needed to even turn on the central air, a fan has done a great job. I have a utility closet that I have turned into a pantry with great shelving space which holds all my cookware. You very seldom hear your neighbors...an apartment I used to live in previously, I heard the neighbors above me ALL the time. I feel like I'm in the middle of the cod town with the convenience of Interstate 70 & 465 around the corner. However, we are still kind of secluded back here. I searched and visited 3 or 4 other complexes before I chose this one, and surprisingly this was the best priced, as well as the most spacious. It was a no brainier to move in here.
