There are seven different floor plans to choose from at Palomar Apartments and we have one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts available. Customization options include bedroom size, whether you want a patio or sunroom, studies that can be used as a bedroom or office, Jack-and-Jill restrooms, roommate/split-style plans and more. Each home is fully upgraded with the latest flooring, appliances, fixtures and styling. There really is a floor plan for everyone at our luxury apartments. Palomar amenities include a 24-hour fitness center with the latest equipment, as well as a beautiful, large pool with nearby lounging and grilling areas. Our air-conditioned cabana room is popular as well, and we even have an on-site volleyball court. Other amenities include a playground, parcel-pending lockers, smart thermostats, a carwash and more. Our staff and maintenance team will help with anything else you might need. Our location in Webster, TX, puts us within easy reach of any local destination thanks to nearby Interstate 45. Whether you want to visit Galveston, Downtown Houston, League City, Baybrook Mall, the Johnson Space Center, Kemah Boardwalk, Hobby Airport or the University of Houston Clear Lake (UHCL), you’ll be able to do it conveniently while living at Palomar. We have some of the best shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, banks and schools in our neighborhood that you’ll find.
