Property Ratings at Palm Isle Apartments
I moved in Aug1. So far my experience has been pleasant. The pools are very clean. The management staff is friendly and helpful. I have a couple of requests in that I want to see how they play out. I will update my review if needed. Neighbors are fairly quiet for the most part. The parking is not great though. Many times I have to park far away and hike to my apartment. I’m not sure what they could do about that though.
I've lived here for over 5 years. I still love living in my apartment. A great place to live with great office and maintaince staff. I highly recommend Palm Isle apartments.
I’ve enjoyed living here. Maintenance does a great job and are quick.
We have been residents at Palm Isle Apartments for over four years and absolutely love it. The location is great. Everything you want or need is within a mile radius of the apartment complex. The parking lot is well lit at night and it is very quiet here. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. I would highly recommend Palm Isle to anyone looking for the perfect apartment complex.
Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The office staff is friendly and professional. They’ve been helpful with answering questions and handling administrative tasks. The combination of location, amenities, and responsive management makes it a great place to call home. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located apartment.
Great location close to the mall and beach. The walking distance to get groceries is good as well.
Just moved to Palm Isle and I am really satisfied. Very clean and affordable. Also centrally located and two blocks from the beach. A great place to live.
This is the best place to live in as far as apartment s go no drama and many veterans and the manager is always very helpful by Joseph Vassallo
