Pallas at Pike and Rose

We love living in the Pike and Rose neighborhood and being able to have access to restaurants and stores and coffee shops when we walk out our door. Unfortunately we don't like the big construction project that's happening directly across from our apartment windows.

Love the location and my apartment. I can’t really hear my neighbors, which I love! So many food and shopping options! Yasaman is the absolute best leasing professional! Maya is an amazing concierge. Maintenance is pretty responsive!

It’s located in a nice, well lit area with public transportation easily accessible. The staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Loved the housewarming gift left for me! The neighborhood is very active and social. Easy parking and walking access! Makes you feel very “at home”

Very nice/cozy apartments. the terrace courtyard is an amazing place where kids can play safely. the gym is perfect. It is really worth the rent.

The neighbors are friendly and the new building management is now wonderful. Love the current leasing office staff and full time concierges.

The apartments, newly upgraded amenities, gardening opportunities, and the Pike & Rose/No Be neighborhood are a good fit for me at this age/stage in my life.

Easy move in process, friendly and helpful staff. A lot of stores nearby and always lively. Nice buildings with unique layouts and designs. Would recommend

Its a great place to live. With excellent cafes and restaurants around the area, walking has never been easier to get to a good food or drink spot. It’s well taken care of, both the grounds and the building. The staff and everyone is friendly. I have enjoyed my overall experience living at the Pallas. I would highly recommend. Yasmin is a rockstar at her job and so is Lloyd. So glad they are part of the team because they make a difference and are appreciated.

Great staff always helpful and nice, sometimes slow maintenance, and elevators are keep malfunction but overall love the place. A lot what to do in the area Great restaurants and movie theater.

We love living here at the Pallas at Pike and Rose. We love all the options of the restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We are not loving the major construction project taking place directly across from our apartment and waking up to construction noise every morning at 7am.

Four months into our residency and we are still impressed with the constant professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the premises. We are very pleased with everyone’s efforts and are looking forward to the completion of the remodeled amenities.

Overall pretty good, lots of renovations going on and construction noise nearby. Sometimes smells of weed as well in some areas. Management seems to pay attention to such concerns. Hopefully after the renovations are done, things will improve. Some residents don't seem to care about proper waste disposal and picking up after their pets. Management does seem to notice and send emails out so that is a good sign and hopefully things will improve in future.

Amazing front desk staff but zero amenities for a “luxury” apartment. The gym is a joke and offers little if any equipment/space to do anything other than a basic routine. So basically we have a co-working space with WiFi, which is exactly what I have in my apartment.

Very nice building with pleasant and helpful staff. The building is well maintained and pleasant. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and shops.

I was sent a welcoming email informing me I could reserve the freight elevator once I moved in and when upon requesting for such I was then told on you can’t reserve on weekends. Knowing I was moving in on a weekend. Then on moving day, I wasn’t explained on where to go and what the process was. The loading dock gates were closed and no one explained the hours. Poor communication.

I’ve lived here for 2 years. Absolutely do not recommend. Low quality staff. Low quality units. Low quality pricing. Low quality character. Look elsewhere.

The Pallas is a great building with great amenities, great location, and a great staff. I would have to recommend that they think about adding a sauna to the building as another amenity.

Great location with lots of Great restaurants and stores. Great that Rockville Pikeband metro right here. Great building with amenities. Lots of things to do close by and nice ambience and lights and decorations during the holidays.

The residents and staff are very friendly. The dogs too! So far everything has been seamless. I got my bike into the cage, picked up packages at the locker and walked to happy hour!

Great place to live and the community has been good. The location and all the amenities are great! I have passed this on to everyone if they are looking to move

Recently the dryer vents were scheduled for cleaning and there was weird guidance from management on leaving an extra key with a neighbor or management, when we have electronic locks that management has access too. Was pretty weird but aside from that it's been a good experience. Definitely on the expensive side but it's a pretty nice place.

The Pallas leasing staff offered such a smooth, seamless process from application to move-in. Very-tech focused which simplifies everything!

a very warm and welcoming environment. Convenience location. Good perks and wonderful neighbors! My family enjoy the view and that is walking distance from any location.

Neighbors smoke inside their apartment and the smoke filters into neighbors vents. Your apartment will smell of marijuana and cigarettes all day! Stay away especially if you have kids. Management refuses to rectify the problem.

Great location away from the load music coming from the restaurants and inconsiderate drivers wanting to get attention from the base (not music). Timing into a great location at time gets in the way of another building construction across the street on Old Georgetown where decibels above normal can be heard at the 20th floor and even worse when these construction noise start at 4:30 am , which is against city codes.

The staff is excellent, and I love my apartment. I would subject this location as it has everything near. Thank you for such a good experience

Overall good. Only the elevators that always on maintenance and we wait long minutes for them every time. The concierge are always nice but not all the time around

So far, so good, dont have anything bad to say about the place. The Staff is friendly, building amenities and areas are always clean. The building in every area looks good. The location is prime with its own few blocks of things to do. I enjoy living at Pallas.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming! It’s very pet friendly! The location is great and not too crowded. It’s a great place to live, I’m super excited!

The apartment is nice and in a really great area. The staff, when they are reachable, tend to be very helpful. If you are out of state or only reaching out via email or phone calls, be prepared for spending a while getting in contact with them. While they are working on it, it was rather surprising that they weren't aware of the issue. Currently the easiest way to get your questions answered is to just swing by their office.

The location is great. Friendly staff. Property is quiet. The elevator sometimes is broken, they only have the two located at the from. When it’s broken it’s a little challenging. I used the stairs all the way to the 16th floor one evening when it was broken.

I find this apartment very well maintained and love the environment! The size of my apartment is wonderful and the views are amazing. Friendly staff and can’t wait to check out the pool!

Love the Pike and Rose Community and all the restaurants and stores. We love living at The Pallas and how convenient of a location we live at.

We picked up our key 4 weeks ago., There were a few things in the apartment that needed maintenance and the staff in the Leasing Gallery entered the maintenance requests. We moved in 2 days ago and learned that the repairs still haven’t been completed. On the positive side the staff at the front desk and the staff in the Leasing office were helpful and professional when we arrived for our move in. We hadn’t received a response regarding our freight elevator request or move in instructions, so they smoothed things over. However, in addition to those outstanding repairs, one of the bath tubs was completely backed up and the dryer doesn’t work. 4 hours to dry 2 sheets?? I ended up unblocking the tub myself as we needed to use it and at this point have little expectation regarding maintenance. Very poor experience so far!!

Stunning location right in the middle of Pike and rose. extremely gorgeous floor plan layout. Very convenient to access food and exploring the neighborhood I Love how friendly the residents are. This is home noise free.very spacious

Pallas at Pike and Rose is a wonderful community in which to live.

Management is very poor. They are changing over but need to at least do their basic jobs such as clean the room before you get there. My floor and carpet was covered with dirt and toilet had urine stains. Concierge is also hit or miss. Some do nothing others are incredibly nice and helpful. The building and amenities are ok but don't make up for poor personnel.

Overall the apartments, community and location are wonderful. The management communication needs a lot of improvement, though.

I’ve talked to numerous management people about my concerns over the years. They all say they’ll investigate but no action is ever taken.

The Pallas at Pike and Rose is a lovely apartment building. We are enjoying our living experience!

Nicely maintained apts, very convenient, great management, good vetting of residents

was disappointed that I couldn't get the exact faucet. The apartment looks slightly different than when I moved in five years ago. I dont particularly appreciate that they have to downgrade Equipment. Also, you need to do something about the elevators and the leaks.

We really like our penthouse unit on the 19th floor. However, everything else about our experience was pretty awful. Communication from the leasing team and management is awful. It takes days to get answers to simple questions. We were called 1 week before our move and informed that the Penthouse apartment we wanted, had issued a security deposit for, and been sent a lease for, was not available. We were moved to another unit. We were also told that a storage unit in the building was ours. After gathering our things to load into the unit, we found someone else's things in the space. Management has provided NO resolution or explanation of this situation. The building is great (with the exception of the elevators, which are constantly an issue). The concierge at the Pallas (Katty) is wonderful and we love our penthouse. But, it's hard to give a good review given the experiences we've had with the leasing team to date. -Aaron

It is, without a doubt, the most beautiful and well-maintained community in the area.

Living at Pallas is perfect for me. I am a flight attendant and once I get to my apartment knowing all the conveniences of life are within footsteps or minutes away makes coming home from a days long trip an added bonus.

Communication of ongoing construction prior to us moving in wouldve been nice. Employees are friendly and tend to do their jobs well. Love the building itself but the construction has not only been an eyesore, but a disruption. Maybe new tenants will get lucky and not face the construction.

The building is beautiful and location great but negligent maintenance and upkeep in common areas is beyond unsatisfactory. Cosmetic repairs are never performed from my observation.
