Property Ratings at Oxford at the Ranch
If you are looking for a place that is new yet cheaply built, constantly smells like pot, has a frequent police presence, and is full of tenants who make a college frat house seem quiet, this is the place for you.
The apartment itself was clean and nice. However, the biggest issue I had was the neighbors. There was always a party going on even on weekdays and I would often be forced to stay awake till 2 am. Not only was loud music playing all the time a problem, there were loud crash sounds as if someone was trying to break the place. Someone even ran their car into the gate and destroyed it. The management was alright but did nothing about the noise. Not only that, everyone in my building smoked pot. There are NO decent shopping areas around, in fact, there is absolutely nothing around. It is the middle of nowhere. Any decent shopping area or restaurant is at least 30 minutes away. It is too expensive for the quality of living offered. There is no covered parking as far as I know.
