I've been here a little over a month now, really enjoying my new home. I've met many really nice and friendly neighbors. The office and maintenance staff have been so helpful and responsive when small issues arise.
This is a Beautiful property with extremely helpful staff and I feel very safe here. I've been here 1 year and I have made sweet friends and really enjoy all the activities they sponsor every day of the week. THANK YOU OVERTURE ??

Our Senior Apartment Community is all inclusive. Service, yearly maintenance, safety, entertainment, health & wellness, exercise, resources, events for all genders, most holidays etc. The staff is supportive, engaging, caring, empathetic, available, kind, attentive. The elevators are a premium amenity that allows access to three stories in each building. Great for moving in & out, furniture, groceries, mobility Challenged individuals (wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, canes etc.) Really enjoy living & thriving here. Thank You

Overall, my time at Overture Riverwalk Community has been great. I'm very happy with my decision to move here and enjoy coming home every day. The Best Parts: Responsive Management: The front office staff are wonderful. They are friendly, professional, and quick to communicate any community updates. Maintenance Pros: The maintenance team is top-notch. Issues are usually resolved within 24 to 48 hours. They are courteous and always clean up after themselves. Great Unit Features: I love the modern kitchen appliances and the fact that every unit has a decent-sized balcony. The layout of the bedrooms is intuitive and functional.

What a positive experience with management. The grounds are in excellent shape and very pretty. We just had our windows washed. There is new paint, carpets, and baseboards in the hallways of all four buildings. Such a positive group of people that live here. Not at all an apartment complex but a community of good people.

If you are looking for a great place to live this is it. The management is above reproach. They are always available. The grounds are beautiful and there are lots of amenities are aplenty. I gave Overture Riverwalk 4 out of 5 STARS. I would appreciate lower rent. The maintenance staff are excellent, especially Norbert, the head maintenance man; the maintenance men are always prompt and thorough in their work. The office staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes interactions easy and pleasant. The grounds are well-maintained, adding to the overall appeal of the property. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and convenient. Overall, it’s a good place to live.

A quiet place to live. Parking is not welcoming due to people do not move there cars who are still active living & go places. Prices for apartment living are reasonable aside the additional fees gas, water, trash, & electricity every year rent go up 10%=$175 or more..

Living at Overture 55 has been a nice experience! The apartment is comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff are responsive and friendly, creating a nice community feel. Greetings, I am coming to you as a happy and content resident at Overture Riverwalk. I can’t begin to say what peace and serenity I have in my everyday life while living here. I do enjoy my alone time but I do like the interaction I have with other residents and their fur babies ??. One of my favorite activities is to walk around the complex and enjoy the beauty and quietness the complex has to offer. I also enjoy giving others a smile :) and a helping hand to any resident that needs a little help!

I enjoy living here. It is quiet and administration. Staff is helpful, realistic, and friendly. They take care of whatever is needed as soon as possible which is quick. They have activities planned for us here which is nice.

Good: It's quiet. Parking is horrible and have to pay all utilities.. Gas, water, trash, electricity, garahe pr carport like living in a house. People leave there car parked foe several months.

overall okay. Why are the entrance doors so loud when they close the wake you up late at night and early morning. The noise levels at night by some tennts is understandable due to ag but a ittle more consideration is needed

Besides the ever increasing rent rates, this a wonderful, clean community. It's located in a nice area of Riverside, it is close to 91 Freeway, thus making accessible sites, restaurants and shopping options. The friendly management, maintenance, and office staff is a pleasant and added bonus for us all.

Best place by far I've ever lived at as far as staff and residents but it does have a couple downfalls the rent increases every year to the max which is very bad for seniors on fixed incomes and the security is horrible but I think they're working on that
