Resting in the San Bernardino Valley, about five miles southwest of Downtown Riverside, La Sierra is a charming neighborhood with its own flavor. La Sierra has several small schools and parks, while multiple beaches are about an hour’s drive away. A quiet place to live. Parking is not welcoming due to people do not move there cars who are still active living & go places. Prices for apartment living are reasonable aside the additional fees gas, water, trash, & electricity every year rent go up 10%=$175 or more..

Greetings, I am coming to you as a happy and content resident at Overture Riverwalk. I can’t begin to say what peace and serenity I have in my everyday life while living here. I do enjoy my alone time but I do like the interaction I have with other residents and their fur babies ??. One of my favorite activities is to walk around the complex and enjoy the beauty and quietness the complex has to offer. I also enjoy giving others a smile :) and a helping hand to any resident that needs a little help!

I enjoy living here. It is quiet and administration. Staff is helpful, realistic, and friendly. They take care of whatever is needed as soon as possible which is quick. They have activities planned for us here which is nice.

Good: It's quiet. Parking is horrible and have to pay all utilities.. Gas, water, trash, electricity, garahe pr carport like living in a house. People leave there car parked foe several months.

I find Overture, Riverwalk a very nice place to call home. It's beautifully planned out, one can get from one building to another in just a few minutes. Staff is pleasant and always helpful.

overall okay. Why are the entrance doors so loud when they close the wake you up late at night and early morning. The noise levels at night by some tennts is understandable due to ag but a ittle more consideration is needed

Besides the ever increasing rent rates, this a wonderful, clean community. It's located in a nice area of Riverside, it is close to 91 Freeway, thus making accessible sites, restaurants and shopping options. The friendly management, maintenance, and office staff is a pleasant and added bonus for us all.

Best place by far I've ever lived at as far as staff and residents but it does have a couple downfalls the rent increases every year to the max which is very bad for seniors on fixed incomes and the security is horrible but I think they're working on that

I have been here for about 3 months. I find that everyone is very friendly. There are so many activities that a person can attend which makes it so comfortable to be here. Still learning my way around the city but so far so good. The staff are so helpful and willing to help with whatever is needed if it’s within their power they are there.,This place is 1000% better then where I lived.

What a positive experience with management. The grounds are in excellent shape and very pretty. We just had our windows washed. There is new paint, carpets, and baseboards in the hallways of all four buildings. Such a positive group of people that live here. Not at all an apartment complex but a community of good people.

The overture at riverwalk is very spacious with a pool, community areas and spacious lobbies at each floor. The office staff is super helpful and genuinely nice. This is one of the best apartments I have ever been to.

I enjoy the community where it's quiet friendly neighbors I love the swimming pool I love the jacuzzi I love the weight room I enjoy walking around but we could use better parking system cheaper rent and some of the utilities paid

Going on 2 yrs living here. By far has the ultimate best neighbors! The staff is amazing. They go out of the way for you. They have great monthly and daily events. Rent is high but hoping for it to decrease upon renewal!

I love how our maintenance team comes out the same day to assess the situation if not fix it at that same time. And if they are unable to fix it, they at least communicate with you and let you know when it will be done and why it couldn't be done that day.

This is a wonderfully peaceful little enclave with tons of activists. It reminds me of a cruise ship. It's perfect for those who have limited access to outside events. Also perfect for those of us who still interface and attend outside events but value the tranquility of not living amongst the 40 and under population

Management team and Maintanence staff knowledgeable and friendly and always helpful, although landscaping company seems to be a bit of a dissapointment, and not in estimation doing the proper work needed here. But that is my opinion only because there may be other things going on that I am not awre of, but overall awesome experience here for the last almost 14 years

I have been looking for months to find a place to live and some how I stumbled upon Overture Riverwalk. I was very impressed with what I saw from the main entrance to the outdoor pool area and of course the apartment unit. This place has everything I wanted and needed. I love the feeling of peace and serenity and living a more simple life style! :)

I really do enjoy my home at Overture Riverwalk. The Management Team & Maintenance Staff are very Pleasant, Professional, Most accommodating and quick to respond to any issues. Daily Fun Activities, some with refreshments. Friendly Residents. Also we have a complete Gym, Pool and Jacuzzi. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Plus, I feel secure.
