Golden sits fifteen miles due west of downtown Denver on Interstate 70, where the urban landscape begins to give way to the rugged beauty of the Front Range. Surrounded by huge parks full of hiking trails (and, of course, fairly close to several ski areas), Golden apartments are excellent for folks who like to spend their time outdoors.
Golden is famous as the home of Coors Brewing Company, but like many other Colorado communities there are several breweries around town. Bus and light rail service connects Golden to the rest of the Denver metro area, making it easy to get to work or just explore without depending on a personal vehicle.

I highly recommend Outlook Golden. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub, grill area, dog park, and even a rooftop amenity. It is quiet and safe. The units are immaculate and well maintained. Outlook Golden Ridge is a lovely place to live. The location is absolutely amazing with a less than 10 minute walk to the light rail that goes directly to Denver and a mile from Apex trailhead, as well as walking/biking trails that lead right into downtown Golden. This is a prime location to live. Our management and maintenance team are fantastic. We appreciate everything Connie, Alyssa, Jeff and Nick do for us and for the community.

I love living at Outlook Golden Ridge. Connie and Alyssa do an excellent job creating a real community with social events, introducing residents to each other, being accepting of dogs, etc. They made my move-in process very easy. They go above and beyond to make things simple. Location is fantastic, too, with trails in your backyard! Close to both 6 and 70 and downtown.

I love Outlook Golden Ridge. It's a nice community that is well kept and near a lot of places where you can do your favorite outdoor activities. I enjoy the gym and the pool area. It's an awesome place to live in.

Amenities are top notch and well maintained. Maintenance is top notch. Leasing office staff are always pleasant. The grounds are well kept. My apartment in particular is gorgeous and te views cannot be beat! What surprised me most, I think, is how little noise comes through the walls shared with neighbors. My neighbors seem to be very friendly and courteous.

We lived here for two years and I'm still trying to fight charges they sent us after. Corporate, can't get packages, way over priced. They give residents gift cards to leave good reviews so don't trust what you see online.

The Outlook Golden Ridge is a great community! The staff are professional and extremely helpful. The complex is clean and quiet and very well-kept. Amenities are a plus and after looking at other places we are happy we chose Outlook!

Outlook Golden Ridge has been nothing but friendly and helpful during my short notice move! I love how beautiful the property is kept, how quiet and calm it is, and the views from here are amazing!! I have everything I need within a short drive, and the location is not far from downtown Golden. I have lived in multiple luxury apartments across the US for the last 12 years. Outlook, by far, has the best management team. They genuinely advocate for the residents. They pay attention to every detail which is an accurate representation of luxury. The community is always clean, they greet you with a smile and kindness, they take care of any maintenance requests immediately, they plan fun community events, and even give treats to my puppy every time we go into the office. Outlook is a beautiful place to live, but everyone knows it's the staff that makes the difference between a luxurious place to live versus just a pretty apartment.

The Outlook Golden Ridge is by far the best apartment housing in the area. Convenient location and many amenities. Professional office staff. We will renew our lease next month.

The Outlook Golden Ridge has been a pleasant surprise. My wife and I sold everything we had two months after the corona virus started and moved from Texas to Colorado not knowing where we were going. We had been looking at purchasing a home, but the prices around the Denver area took us out of the market. We put our remaining articles in storage and my IPhone took me to the Outlook Golden Ridge when looking for an apartment near Lakewood. We love the adult residency, lots of amenities and location. We plan on living here for another year.

Outlook Golden Ridge has treated us very well. Management is very friendly and responsive. You don't have to be embarrassed of any odd request you make, they can usually make it happen. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Amenities are easily accessible and easy to reserve. If you are looking for quiet enjoyment, this is the place to be.

Hands down the easiest leasing and move-in scenario that Ive ever had. Neighbors are super chill and amenities like the pool and gym are rarely super populated. Ultra mega dog/cat friendly.

This is a very nicely maintained complex and a great location. Some HVAC noise in our unit may just be what it is. Our only real disappointment is the very limited guest parking after 6pm -- 10 slots!!! It is a tough juggle but frustrating when there are a dozen open spaces but no guest passes to buy. Why not lease from the EMPTY business lots nearby? We'd pay more than $4 for that! We dread the winter when our friends have to park off premises, down the road....

I have lived at Outlook since October 2020, and it is just am amazing place to call home. Angeline, Tracy and Lynette in the office go above and beyond always and with the recent snow storm, Melvin and Jeff made sure our sidewalks were clear on top of going above and beyond with any maintenance requests, which was no easy feat I am sure. I am so thankful to live here. Good people, it is peaceful and quiet, and I always feel like we are family. Thank you!
