The location is unbeatable — tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes from NYC, public transportation, and shopping centers. It truly offers the best of both worlds: the peace and greenery of suburban living with the convenience of urban access. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-kept, with large windows that bring in great natural light. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, and ample closet space. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is courteous and professional. The building is secure and well-managed, and parking is never an issue — a huge plus in this area. The surrounding walking paths and nearby parks make it a great place for families, pet owners, and anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Overall, Osprey Cove has exceeded my expectations.

My apartment is a cozy, modern space that feels like a peaceful retreat. The open floor plan gives it a spacious feel, with lots of natural light streaming through big windows. The kitchen is sleek and functional, perfect for cooking meals, and the living room is comfy with just the right amount of space for relaxation or entertaining. The bathroom is small but efficient, and I love the minimalist design throughout. The building itself is quiet and well-maintained, with friendly neighbors and helpful management. The only downside is a bit of street noise at night, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Can be challenging, it all depends on the people living around you. The floors are loud. You hear EVERYTHING. If this is not something that bothers, you then it isn't terrible. The carpets in the halls are gross in certain areas. You will need a car to live here, but it is a fairly easy commute to the city.

It’s very loud near the street side and it doesn’t feel like a luxury apartment the gym is small and old, no yoga room and the gym equipments are old and dirty. Mails and packages are all over the places. Also paid parking lot do not have cameras!!! :(

My partner and I love the apartment and the community within. Everyone is very friendly, respectful, and helpful — we got tons of help from the community members during our move-in. The building and the common rooms are tidy and clean with lots of sunlight. Above all, we are specifically very thankful to the leasing office members for the smooth handling of the moving process. They were welcoming, friendly, and since the first moment we stepped in building.

I’ve lived here for a total of 2 weeks and I absolutely love this place. The apartments are well constructed, management and maintenance are super kind and responsive to any concerns, and the residents are all nice. I have no plans to move out unless I buy a house. The location is super convenient, there’s a park right behind the building, and it doesn’t feel busy or crowded.

Elvis, Johnny, and the other maintenance person are extremely skilled in their profession. They are so polite, courteous, and mindful when they arrive for maintenance work. They have fixed anything we have asked for no matter how minor (even painting small scratches on our door). Their work is meticulous and tidy. I would stay at Osprey Cove indefinitely just for the 5 star customer service and maintenance they provide. The apartments are so beautiful and well maintained. Thank you to the entire Osprey Cove team for making this a great place to call home.

Osprey Cove is the nicest place to live. Clean, beautiful, and everyone who works there is lovely. Anthony is the best to work with, Jeremy is awesome and fixed maintenance issues fast, Ro keeps the place spotless and always smells so good. And the Front desk lady is super sweet.

I've lived at Osprey Cove East since 2016 as one of the first tenants when it opened as a new building. Neighbors are quiet but friendly. Management is exceptional and professional. Location is convenient to the suburbs, the city, and/or major highways. Living here has been my pleasure and my peace. I'll likely continue to stay here until ready to buy and/or to relocate out of state.

Beautiful apartments, great management, wonderful area. Everyone who works here is so nice as well as everyone who lives here. Neighbors are kind, welcoming, and helpful. The building is kept pristine. The landscaping is gorgeous. It’s our first year here, and we are very happy.

Living at Osprey Cove has been great. Management actually cares about the residents and building. Anthony goes above and beyond. You can tell when he delivers or organizes the package room. The maintenance team takes care of requests quickly. The cleaning guy keeps the place smelling fresh. Most importantly, the building has really nice people in it. Excellent place to call home!!
