The apartment, especially the kitchen, has very old material. Three years ago when I first moved in, I was told the countertops were laminate which was not ideal but since I was relocating from Missouri I just went along with it. However, I found out that in fact the countertops in the kitchen are not laminate but just a paint applied when the counters are in bad shape. The floor is a peel and stick laminate so when the painting was completed in the kitchen cabinets the contractors ladder peeled it a piece up. I was also told that my balcony/back deck would be updated as the complex was going in phases and I would be apart of the next phase. It’s been three years and nothing has been updated on the deck. I was also told that whenever I resign a lease that I would get the option to have my carpet cleaned or an accent wall painted and that has not been received or offered at any time. The community overall is peaceful and enjoy living here but when I moved in I took the word of the person assisting me and unfortunately the office staff has changed three times over since I have been a resident so I feel like I was mislead which leads to my overall rating

I looked at several apartments in Howard County. Orchard Park was the clear winner for many reasons. The unit I chose was extremely clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. I love the pool and fitness center. But, the first thing that made me fall in love with this place was the leasing staff. Khali and Enyae were both very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They respond very quickly to any questions I’ve had. The leasing staff at other apartments I visited were either snooty and stuck up, or just not helpful at all. These ladies are amazing! I’ve lived here for a month now and have only good things to say.

I would not consider livijng anywhere else than here at Orchard Park Apartments- they have everything I need especially as an elderly person, to live a quiet and peaceful life. There are no other apartments in our area which can compare with what Orchard park Apartments has to offer!

I moved from out of the US and couldn’t see the apartment before committing but the office staff (especially Kahliah) was super helpful and responsive. She gave a virtual tour, answered all my questions, and helped me out when I hit a few snags with the application process. My apartment was recently renovated and I love the new appliances and flooring. The community is nice and the complex doesn’t have a “strip mall” feel even though it’s close to route 40. Would recommend!

I’ve lived at Orchard Park for over 3 years now. We use and enjoy the pool, playground, fitness center, and dog park. Everything is kept up with, the fitness center was recently redone and the pool was updated with new furniture. Maintenance has always been wonderful and addressed issues right away. Pablo has been very helpful and responsive!
It is a decent quiet and fairly managed property.
We moved in a few months ago and had an issue that needed to be addressed, but Enyae was quick to help and find a solution that met our needs. She's super responsive and has helped us feel at home here! Great property and convenient location.

Love it here !! Moved in 4 months ago. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and Friendly. Maintenance is top notch, any issues are addressed with proficiency, professionalism and completed in a timely manner. The atmosphere in and around the Orchard Park Facilities are safe and peaceful. Great location, everything you need is 5min away literally!!! If you have kids, like I do then Education is also Top Notch in the area and will be zoned to the best schools in Howard County. I can't rave enough about my new home!!

Nice calm locality with wooded view, especially the river and deers. Pleasant to relax at home. Great place for walking. Good and clean Gym amenities. Easy accessibility to the Gym from any apartment. The layout is pretty nice. Ample parking space. Community is calm.
Orchard Park is where you want to be if you want the best. It is also the best place if you have a family. So family oriented and beautiful.
Such an awesome experience. The maintenance team is so responsive and attentive and always come with a big smile and lots of patience. Highly recommend this team!

Maintenance and Office staff have always been very professional and friendly when I’ve needed to contact them. The 1 BR apartment was very nice with ample windows bringing in natural light. I’ve enjoyed my stay here for 2 years!
