Lower Peters Canyon combines the many amenities of the city of Irvine with the wilderness of Santiago Canyon and Peters Canyon. Avocado groves on the nearby hillside of Loma Ridge provide a natural picturesque backdrop for the Tuscan style architecture and well-maintained grounds of Orchard Hills Apartment Homes. The friendly knowledgeable staff makes for a speedy straightforward leasing experience. Maintenance is available seven days a week. Two salt water pools include outdoor fireplaces, pool-side cabanas and barbeque areas for dining al fresco. A newly renovated clubhouse may be rented for private use. The large fitness center contains the most up-to-date equipment and offers personal televisions throughout. Citrus Blossom residences feature the following: Two-tone interior paint accentuates crown molding that edge the high ceilings. Wood plank type flooring is installed in the kitchen and dining areas as well as the bathroom. Stainless steel appliances and central heat and air conditioning are all rated as high-efficiency and are included. Recessed and pendant light fixtures are standard. A full-size stacked washer and dryer is provided for each residence. Utility/guest closet is good sized and is nestled between the laundry and kitchen areas. The large “L” shaped kitchen has an abundance of cabinet space. The island can accommodate bar height stools for counter style dining. Dining area opens to the balcony via sliding glass door. Balcony is just large enough to accommodate one or two chairs, a little table and a small barbeque. Bathroom has a larger shower/tub enclosure. Storage is limited to the single under sink cabinet and a few narrow built-in cubby-like shelves. Counter space is minimal. Spacious bedroom with walk-in closet include wood shelving with long and double rod hanging options. The single garage, some with a driveway that provide additional parking, can be used for parking and/or storage of small items/boxes. Parking may pose a challenge as permits are not required resulting in both residents and guests utilizing “open parking” spaces. These spaces are typically filled by 5:00 p.m. weekdays but are not as difficult to locate on weekends. During quieter hours, the occasional door closing, loud conversation, or heels on wooden floors may be heard from the adjoining apartments. Within the proximity of award winning schools, shopping, dining, parks, and recreation trails these stunning pet-friendly residences please the eye as well as nurture the soul. Great apartment located on Portola, not too much traffic around the area and very quiet. Right next to a plaza filled with a grocery store, gas station, bank, and several restaurants. Also just a 5 minute drive from the Tustin Marketplace. Large pool with jacuzzi, tents, and grilling areas. Very convenient and safe location to live.
Orchard Hills complex is an awesome place to live. It is like living at a resort. I was fortunate enough to be able to spend a few weeks at home, and, was so relaxed and happy staying with in my complex. The maintenance staff is a 10 out of 10! Love it! The gym has everything needed for a good workout but if more is needed 24 hr fitness is close. The staff in the leasing office is also very helpful.
