Property Ratings at OneEleven
The apt has gone down hill over the last 2 years after the new management took over. There is barely any resident driven activities, and when they do occur, there is no notification or notice. The current tenants do not abide by rules in the gym and half of them leave carts randomly through the hallways and parking garage. There is barely any staff up front so many people just walk in without being checked in, and are able to come up the elevators by actual tenants that live here.
All areas are always clean from the lobby, elevators even hallways. I love that they power wash the side walk, Chicago needs more go that. Staff is kind and attentive. One time I forgot to get my delivered groceries and they put them in the fridge so it wouldn’t go bad
Have continued to have a wonderful experience at One Eleven. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The amenities are beautiful and well kept. The location is wonderful with easy access to the river, downtown, and public transportation. I can’t say enough good things about One Eleven!
Love the location, amenity, staff, my studio. Everything is perfect, indoor pool is great and there’s usually just me, I enjoy that a lot. The river view is pretty as always
Great place to call home! Wonderful amenities and fun community events. Mike and the concierge team are all great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place downtown.
Living here has been a mostly positive experience. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities like the gym and lounge are a great bonus. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve enjoyed the quiet, clean environment and the convenient location. Some communication from management could be clearer at times, but overall, it’s a comfortable and safe place to live.
I really love the apartment, everything is high end and everything I've dreamed of. View is amazing, access to the city and transit is right here. Amenities are very nice and staff is extremely friendly.
The management team has continued to take away amenities without adding new ones and the management team is not great to deal with. There are people at the front desk that are great but others that can be rude and act put off if you ask them for help. It’s the same with one person in the management office.
Amazing building, staff, people, events, and experiences! Each month brought something new. I never worried, there was always so much fun to be had! Great home!

Excellent amenities, staff, experience. Definitely expensive but worth the price. Love the events as well and location of building. I would say the least enjoyed part is the parking.

I love living in One Eleven, everyone is respectful and kind. The only upsetting thing is that, majority of the Small events happen during the week, so I’m not able to enjoy them. The recent RAD event was also on a Thursday which I could not attend.

My experience at OneEleven has been a pleasant experience. I have lived in the building for several years now and have truly enjoyed my experience. The building resides in a great location where it is walkable almost anywhere. The only thing that has been disappointing is that two amenity spaces have taken away and turned into work from home spaces. Not all benefit from it and most people work in the common area anyway.

I’ve been living in this building for some time now, and it’s disappointing to see how much the management’s attitude toward residents has changed. When I first moved in, they were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a good living experience. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Lately, it’s clear that current residents are no longer a priority. Management has become dismissive and unwilling to work with tenants on even reasonable requests. There’s a lack of communication, little flexibility, and an overall disregard for the people who actually live here. It feels like the focus is solely on new leases, not maintaining a respectful relationship with existing residents. It’s frustrating to see a building with so much potential be dragged down by a management team that no longer values its community.

The location of the building is amazing and it’s a great building that is very clean. It would be nice if there was more amenities as they took away the pool table and media room. I’d recommend it to others but only if they put more amenities in the building.

Love the community, have been here for almost 5 years and really don’t want to move. The amenity is good, love the indoor pool and yoga room. The location is awesome, it’s close to work and shopping.
Very helpful maintenance staff. Clean with a couple of resident events. Great views facing north. Contains multiple fitness centers and views.

One eleven is a really great place to live. The community is welcoming, the amenities are fantastic & the location is unbeatable. If you have a dog, the elevated dog park is really nice. Cleaned daily & there are heaters running on chilly days.

I have lived at Oneeleven for about 2 and a half years; the staff are phenominal, maintenance is on-it all the time. I had a shower drain clogged, they fixed it within 30 minutes of me putting in a request. I had my AC break at one point, they were there next day at 8AM ready to fix and replace it. Amenities are great; it is pricy, but worth it in terms of security, unit space & storage, and location.

One Eleven is a great community and I'd recommend it to anyone who's considering a move within Chicago. Everything is made 'simple' for residents with top-notice service and amenities. For the rental price point its a great living experience.

My move-in was absolutely amazing, getting keys was a breeze. The moving gift was a very nice touch and I love the branding. There was only one minor thing that was missing in the apartment but other than that definitely five stars.

My overall experience with this community is very good. However this lingering smoking smell coming out from air vents and bathroom is very alarming and annoying. The management has addressed multiple times to warn against smoking but this mysterious person still smoks every morning and evening and sometimes at midnight. Very disturbing. I appreciate the management’s ongoing efforts to solve this problem but it doesn’t seem to make any difference for now.

My view is a dream… The whole process was pretty seamless as was the onboarding. Staff is friendly. Loving it so far. Daily clean gym is a huge bonus

This is a well maintained property with even more amazing staff. People living here are friendly and mostly appropriate. There are fun events organized multiple times a month.

Great place with very welcoming people and excellent staff (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful). This has been a great first impression (our first month) and been very helpful in adjusting after a significant move for us and our two small dogs.

I love the building and community, always things to do and new things to try! The location is prime as it is close by to River North and Loop area. Short 10-15 min walk from Trader Joes Jewel. Across the street from the river walk Incase you want to go on a quick stroll :)
