Maintenance responds very quickly. Our apartment is comfortable with a few nice upgrades. I enjoy the social events such as waffle days. Free food is great, but being generally homebound gets lonely. They give back with frequent fundraisers. I usually get to know at least one new person at them. Our critters are very happy as well.

This place has been such an awesome place to live at with my little family of 4! Got everything you would need and plus their summer parts are very awesome from a soda bar, pizza and amazing raffles prizes! High recommended to anyone that wants a very relaxed and great place to live at!

Moving in was a total breeze. The apartment was clean, which was super stress relieving. The management was great at explaining each step. They're super nice and well organized. I love how friendly the office people are when you go in there ask questions or need help they're very helpful. Anytime I have needed maintenance. They come as soon as they can. Which is a lot of times the same day and they make sure they have the stuff with them they take care of what problems we have clean up after themselves. Very nice and polite, it's very quiet environment and friendly with kids!

Very pretty property with tons of things to set it apart from others in the area. They girls in the office showed us all the floor plans and all of the perks that they have. We love the dog park and the Amazon lockers. We’re not moving until next year but wanted to get a head start looking at places. This is definitely the top contender on the list.

I came here to look at an apartment with my brother. The place is really nice. It's quiet considering its a big property. The ladies in the office were really helpful. Katelynn helped us and she gave us all the information we needed. They have a lot of things to offer like a gym thats always open, a basketball court and theres a walking trail too. Overall, very impressed with this place.

Since I have moved in I have received nothing but professional courtesy from every member of management and it is, quite honestly, the best experience I've ever had in renting an apartment. Jardee, Chris and Lauren are consummate professionals, but beyond that, they are very friendly and truly want to make sure you have a good experience! These apartments are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They are roomy, up-to-date on the latest styles, granite counters throughout, gorgeous lighting, tons of storage space, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher that actually leaves your dishes SHINING clean - I've never had an apartment dishwasher do that - an ice maker in the freezer... I could go on and on! Suffice to say, I have experienced living like I really never expected in an apartment complex. It is quiet, clean, has beautiful views, kind and respectful neighbors and a very "homey" atmosphere. I love coming home to my apartment here, and appreciate it even more so when the previous place I lived was a HORROR story of epic proportions. One West has my highest endorsement and I am extremely happy here.

Love, love, love this apartment community. Getting everything taken care of online was very convenient and made the transition from 700 miles away so much easier. The office staff is AMAZING. They are always helpful and willing to give that extra bit of service needed without hesitation AND with a smile. The owners of the complex were great to talk with; they were concerned with making sure everything was perfect. Having an accessible apartment, they were genuinely concerned with the details and asked for ideas that would help to make it even more liveable. All-in-all I give it a 10 out of 10.

Our family has lived in apartments for the last 6 years and none have felt more like home than here at One West. We love the vaulted ceilings (me especially for being 6.5 feet tall) , layout, everything about the kitchen, spacious rooms, and the storage closet on the porch. The amenities are well taken care of and most certainly enjoy the pool and hot tub! Jardee, our apartment manager, and his team are always friendly and willing to help and answer any questions with a smile. When submitting requests for assistance, it always surprises me how incredibly responsive maintenance is. That is a nice change for us compared to some of the other places we have been. It's nice to feel like we live in house without actually having the same responsibilities (mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, cleaning out rain gutters, etc.). The location is super nice too. West Haven has a country feel but is only 5-7 minutes away from downtown Ogden. Awesome place and we are so happy we found it! -Brian H
