The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at One Rocky Ridge
Most of my interactions was done on the phone and through online as I moved from florida, josephine was a great help, and she went out of her way and beyond to help me get this all taken care of and done before my move.
Just moved in, but everything seems fine and everyone was great from the move in process. Things went smoothly and it was a very easy move in
Very quiet and peaceful. I love it. Close to the mall and grocery store. Friendly neighbors. Clean community. I can see my self staying for a while.
Been here for 6 years. There were a few things that we encountered. Such as loud neighbors, trash issues, management concerns.Overall, we've had a good experience.
The women in the office were super friendly and made my move-in stress free. I would 100% recommend this place for the friendly faces in the office and the beautiful apartment!
The staff and maintenance are awesome. I hate the rent increasing.. I think there should be a better children's playground. I have lived here for 3 years now I like living here just wish those few changes could happen.
Overall it has been a good experience except for the pest problem upon arrival. It has mostly been solved. The apartments are quiet. The neighbors I have met seem nice. I have been there 10 days and have not seen any police yet.
I am not happy with a dirty broken washer currently. Plus I am under a family with small children where the children cry, scream, and they are heavy walkers.
Maintenance is quite slacking and I don't like the ideal of trash being kept on the varanda-poor policy by the administration. Too many wandering cats within the complex.
Review: If I could give this rating 10 stars, I would! My move-in experience was outstanding, thanks to Ms. Janelle, Ms. Brandy, and Ms. Miyah. Their professionalism and support made the entire process a breeze. From start to finish, they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me settle in. Highly recommend!
It was awesome the office staff is amazing ,they were very helpful and welcoming, the resident is also great. Thanks for the great service office staff.
Application process was guided and convenient. Been a week so far and still waiting for some items to be taken care of, that are essentials that are paid for thru the rent fee.
I highly recommend One Rocky Ridge. The move-in process was quick and easy. The office staff is helpful. Communication is top-notch. Overall this apartment complex is quiet, the location is convenient (next to shopping and I-20), affordable, and the amenities are great (gym, dog park, pool, etc.).
i love it here! my loft unit is amazinggg. it’s a very quiet neighborhood, very nice, and the office staff is very helpful. definitely worth it!
Affordable, quiet, safe, renovated, Located near highway and shopping centers. Happy to have found this place that will offer such great rates.
My experiences are getting better, it was rocky for a bit there dealing with water damage. They did address the issue and moved me to another unit to allow them to complete the necessary repairs, but communication still needs improvement
My grandmother was recently needed a place to live, quickly. We were so pleased with the service of the office staff and how attentive they were to assisting us in getting my grandmother the right place to stay.
I enjoy the community and the people who live in it. It is quiet and family-oriented. Staff is always helpful and I plan to be here for a while.
I just into the Rocky Ridge community and so far so good. The office staff are so nice and helpful, and very accommodating. They helped make move in a breeze. So far the community seems so quiet, and I haven’t had any issues. Can’t wait to see what the future holds here at One Rocky Ridge.
It been awesome. I like how they respond quickly when you send maintenance request. Whether it was changing lights , replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their environment is also serene.
Living at Onerocky ridge Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The place is quiet, offering a peaceful environment perfect for studying and relaxing. I especially love the pool, which is well-maintained and a great spot to unwind after a long day. The management team is responsive and friendly, always ready to assist with any concerns.
Sometimes people can get a little loud and you can hear them through the walls. Especially if they’re outside but over all, Its not a bad place to live if you’re looking in the Douglas County Highschool Area
I like the place. It's beautiful and peaceful. People in the office are welcoming and very nice. In general I like the way they communicate.
We love it here. It’s a very quiet apartment complex and the 2 bed 2 bath we rent is so spacious compared to other apartments we saw. Maintenance fixes things quickly if you submit a request and the amenities are absolutely beautiful. So far we absolutely love it here.
My move in process was fine besides the fact they don't answer the phone. I moved in and as soon as I turned my light out in the kitchen the critters came out. I've bomb and everything and I still can't get rid of them. When I did my walk through I didn't see anything and they said the same thing . It's not bad but when you're coming from a clean environment to seeing roaches is a real deal breaker for me. I'll probably stay here for a year but that's about it because I just don't do roaches. Im praying the stuff I put out works because if not I won't be here for that year because I don't do roaches.
One day I came home from work and had a house full of ants literally over 200, went over to the office and was told that the Exterminator cancel so because of personal reasons that they were coming out another day To exterminate so I had to do what was needed to do to get rid of the ex on my own
Staff has always been friendly and willing to help when possible. Thankful that they seem to care about issues and concerns of the tenants. Great that the property is taken care of very often.
Unfortunately, I must agree with the reviews below. When I first moved in the office staff were extremely pleasant, but it seems they are only that way when you don’t have any issues arise in the already problematic apartment complex or either they just need to make a sale. The on-site property manager picks and chooses who she treats with respect and integrity she also picks and chooses who is able to break the rules of the leasing agreement. She conducts random, unscheduled pop ups while you are working and hold very confidential conversations in front of other employees; maintenance; subcontractors without your consent first. The on-site manager, Janelle, also has disrespected myself inside of my very own home by causing interruptions, calling me out of my name, picking on me with lack of respect, talking down on me as if I were her child in front of her staff as well which was escalated and waiting to be resolved. Along with the other reviews I must also confirm that there are bugs, and a lot of them, everywhere, and it is almost like pulling teeth having them to hold a “clean out” which was not brought to my attention that we are able to do so until I brought the corporate office into our email chain. Also, the gate does not work, has not worked since I signed my lease. I have even been asked since living here “Is that front gate still broken”. I understand that this is an apartment complex, but why does there have to be an inconvenience almost every week and why does my safety have to be involved in it? This is only a summary of the chain of events that have occurred so far here at One Rocky Ridge in Douglasville, Georgia.
Leasing agents are unprofessional. Requested a tour and it seems as if the golf cart used for future residents was already preoccupied by the employee's kids. Roaches seen in model apartment during tour.
Every since Fogleman Properties took over it has been HORRIBLE!!! I WISH I COULD add pics!!. Maintenance doesn't fix repairs, trash at the dumpster, and water was recently removed from being included in lease. You're paying a LOT more than what you use.
Ever since someone bought out the old company everything has been going down heal. I pay my rent on time but I can't seem to get the things in my apartment fixed on time. The trash is always over flowing. Everytime I try to talk to the rent office it's always an excuse. This is the worst stay I have ever had in over my 10 years of living in apartments.
It’s beautiful and specious, but full full full of roaches ?? of all sizes and colors ?? oh and people steals your packages ?? Highly not recommend
