The apartment itself, the building amenities, the Manager Mikayla, the maintenance crew, and the concierge are all AMAZING!! The elevators not working a big percentage of the time and the crime increase in this area are the only two “issues” I’ve experienced since I moved in.

No elevators, no amenities, no activities. There is no support for the amount of rent and the amenity over-charges. Our floor and elevators smell like pot. This is as bad as the Mosaic.

The leasing process was VERY fast and convenient. Mikayla was an amazing tour guide and made the process very easy. Will from concierge was great as well. And I couldn’t be happier with my experience and new apt.

I love the view. The apartment is soooo freaking beautiful!!! I’m in absolute love. However I had no hot water in the shower and no heat the first day of move in, I was really devastated by that. The second day they however fixed this issue. Said my carpet would be cleaned by the second day of move in, going on the third day it has yet to be cleaned. It’s some more stuff but I don’t really want to get into everything. Hopefully it turns around. Overall I think this unit wasn’t properly ready to move in and they moved me in anyway :( Hopefully everything turns around because I truly do love it here. And maintenance and the technicians have gone above and beyond working helping me make my house a home.

Love it thus far. The amenities do need to be updated and maybe repainting some areas would also be nice. I wish there was more security in the building, specifically monitoring the entry points into the residence side. Seems like randoms walk in behind other residents and pretend not to be able to find their fob.

I do love the view and staff ! The manager of the place does a great job she is so sweet and kind! This is a great place to call home. There is a bar downstairs and the bartender makes excellent drinks you definitely want to check the bar out .

One Dallas Center is a solid community. It’s a bit expensive and certainly could use some updated finishings, but it’s been good overall. The maintenance staff is quick and great.

The staff is the heart of this property. They become your friends because you see them all the time. And they are fast with responses. Ofcourse there are occasional things that happen living in a high rise, but the staff really makes it all worth it.

I love the building, my unit with its unique floor plan, and my neighbors. Also amenities are top tier- the bar and the gym. Even the pool area is clean and functional. If the tvs were available outside that would amazing.

Amenities not the same as other high rises downtown. Pool area not as nice, first floor usually messy because movers not limited to freight area. 30th floor area for meeting nice, but no get togethers there any more.

Solid apartment with very friendly staff. Some features such as flooring and cabinets within the apartment are a bit outdated, but they have recently started making renovations including common area flooring, hallway baseboards, and apartment entry doors.

My experience has been good. The staff is really great and the maintenance staff is always prompt. Upgrading the carpet and paining was the main reason why I renewed my lease.

The room was clean moving in, the pool is sweet with a set of grills near by, the bar is affordable, only downside is parking. Guests have to pay to visit you.

I’m moving out next month but if I wasn’t moving to California I would totally be here for years to come! While there aren’t many events for benefits to residents it’s been a great place for a great price

Everyone in the community had been really nice and welcoming. The views from my apartment are phenomenal. The office staff has been resourceful. My only issue is my parking pass still does not work and I have been here a week. Other than that, I love it here and would recommend this community to anyone.

Elevators don’t work consistently. Nothing is done about the smoking that has me leaving my paid on time rent apartment regularly. Not happy at all. Over priced for the inconsistencies that the tenants have t deal with. Did I mention the smoke?

Positives first . The office staff is friendly, helpful and patient. The maintenance department has been responsive and quick to help when needed. The layout is spacious, the views are amazing and the price is reasonable. Now the negative. The unit was filthy upon move in. Cleaners were in the unit when we arrived, trash was everywhere and they were not anywhere near finished. To their credit, the office staff had cleaners come out again a couple days later, but with boxes and furniture everywhere, it was impossible for them to do much. It's obvious the unit hasn't had a deep cleaning in a long while. Appliances had to be pulled out to clean under and around them. Food, other debris and gunk needed scraped off floors, appliances and walls. Fans and vents had thick layers of grime and dust. Cabinets and drawers had dried fluids splattered inside and out. Showers had hair on the walls and in drains. The dryer was packed with lint. This experience has been miserable and exhausting.

After 2 years I can say I’m appreciative of the community events, property upgrades- fresh paint, etc. I am still in love with waking to the sunrise every morning and the quietness of the unit.

I love living here. The community is unlike any other I have lived. The staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond. They are making modifications to the building that make it even better. This is first class living even when the elevators don’t work perfectly!

Overall good experience .The bartenders at the bar and the concierge ant the front desk are super friendly and cool . But the frequently breaking down elevators and the non functioning trash chute are a no no .

Pros | One of the best skyline views in the city. Great location. Convenient to a lot of downtown attractions and restaurants. Very responsive maintenance team. Cons | Every floor reeks of marijuana. Walls are thin. Expect to hear everything your neighbor says and does.
Awesome building. It would be nice if the management company ungraded the gym equipment - (rusting dumbbells etc.) other then that great building.
