It’s a beautiful building with a lot of reoccurring problems, floods, leaks, elevators as of late, tenants abusing things and not cleaning up after their self or their pets. Also please read above comment as it more detailed also

The level of service for One Clinton Park has significantly declined due to the constant lack of communication from mgmt staff. Residents cannot reach staff from the main phone lines or email except for newcomer Nick. I've lived here since it opened two yrs ago and have experienced hot water delay issues for months at a time, utility bills are sky high, apts have constant water leak issues, missing packages, elevators break down often, excessive noises everyday by door alarms and thin walls, smoking issues and did I mention mgmt doesn't care about residents concerns/issues nor do they take accountability for many of the issues happening. The only suitable thing about OCP is the location being near the train but it's getting congested due to all these high rises in the area and lots of construction.

I don't recommend One Clinton Park as a place to reside or a luxury living community. They don't care about current residents who spend $$$ to live here. Our issues/concerns are ignored. Endless problems with water leaks and hot water issues. The building was poorly structured. Maintenance is not helpful. Now two years later they are still drilling holes and banging through walls daily to apply small band aids to a huge open wound. They are incapable of properly addressing parking matters where cars are damaged daily and they tell ppl its a 3rd party company not our fault, smoking in building which is supposed to be prohibited but they do absolutely nothing to address. No accountability whatsoever OCP One Clueless Park

One Clinton Park is truly a lovely place to live. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful, even for the simplest questions. The building is beautiful and very well maintained, and disruptions to normal operations are always communicated clearly and promptly.

The leasing team at One Clinton Park has been very responsive, polite and professional. They made the experience of finding the right apartment easy! I would especially like to thank Yessica for helping me through the process, she is amazing! I love my apartment and like the location, near stores, restaurants and the Metro-North.
Having toured many of the new buildings in the downtown area of New Rochelle, I can say that One Clinton Park is at the top of the list in terms of quality, location and amenities.
One Clinton Park has been a wonderful place to live. Maintenance services are really satisfactory in that it’s done immediately. It’s good to know that the staff are helping to keep the building in tip top shape.
I love it here!! One Clinton Park is clean, well managed and truly a luxury environment. I intend to stay here for as long as I can.
The exclusivity and care that OCP provides through the staff and their nice amenities makes my life easy which is a reason to be sure I will stay for long time here.
The units are very nice. I love the floors, the bathrooms, and the finishes. A washer and dryer in the unit was a major selling point for me on top of the modernity of the unit. It's great so far, and fairly quiet on the floor I'm on.
It’s okay. I had higher hopes from an in-person tour. There were some disappointments but they aren’t major, but it was enough to not want to stay here after my lease.
One Clinton Park is a well-maintained and professional community. From the staff to the residents, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It is evident that their top priority is to make the lives of the residents easier, whether it is through convenient rent payments, package delivery notifications in the app, or access to the TULU rental station. The amenities offered here are impressive, and the property is always kept clean. As long as they continue to enforce their pet policies and maintain the property, I would highly recommend living here.
One Clinton Park is a beautiful place to live It has great amenities
In a new building, having been there less than a month, the elevators have broken three times. Water pressure isn’t the best. Some floors have hallways that have mold smell. Front desk doesn’t stop visitors or deliveries upon entry. Maintenance doesn’t have a direct contact. The building uses three different apps for access into your unit, maintenance requests, community notices, etc. Subpar appliances; they look nice but don’t function properly.
I visited every possible location in New Rochelle looking for my new home. Once I entered One Clinton Park, I knew my search was over. Absolutely love it here.
One Clinton Park is a wonderful place to call home. It has the amenities and comforts of a high end hotel while providing the warmth, security and comfort of a residence.
Lovely building and communal facilities great although hard to get maintenance to keep you updated. Fire pit not working and communal tv remotes go missing.

My partner and I with my dog moved in the first month of March. This is our first apartment together and we cannot complain about how good this whole building and our apartment is. It is clean and it smells good too! We love the dog park as well! We also have a good view from our unit. I can't thank enough of Edel for helping us get this apartment!! We are forever thankful. One Clinton Park is just the right balance of being very comfortable and modern, with a convenient location that has everything you need within walking distance, and also between two campuses, it is very safe.

It is nice and clean, with courteous professional staff. Relatively quiet indoors. Noise from construction, especially from the seaside, is a serious problem.
I grew up in North new rochelle and was not sure about living downtown with all the construction and traffic but because clinton park has such great windows and views i have come to love the area with all it brings. the light and fact the windows open has been a blessing for my mental health and feeling of comfort. the buildings acceptance of people with animals is refreshing because it adds life to the building and brings in generally nicer residents in my opinion. things in the building are people sized and realistic it feels like living in a hotel and i don’t feel as much of a need to escape my home like in other buildings i have lived in. i love the 24 hour concierge in case and it feels like i don’t have to look behind me when i enter the building. building staff is very present and reachable if there is an issue and even though i din’t ask for much it makes a resident feel less alone when they are home.
I love it here the maintenance crew is very clean and nice. The concierge staff is great and makes everybody feel welcomed. I love it!
