Overall, the building has a great location and a lot of potential. It’s centrally located and convenient, with amenities like a gym and pool that are definitely a plus. The package service is decent, though be aware that same-day Amazon deliveries are often delayed—building staff typically need a day to process and notify you. That said, the building shows signs of neglect. The elevators are frequently vandalized, with messages or graffiti appearing on the screens. Additionally, it’s not uncommon to see homeless individuals gathered outside the main entrance, which may make some residents uncomfortable. In short, while the location and amenities are appealing, the upkeep and security could use significant improvement.
Ceniyah from the management team was incredible and a great, resourceful point of contact during the move-in process! Great valet parking, freight elevator and move-in process, and obviously, phenomenal amenities.
We really love our new apartment. We just recently moved in and we had a very pleasant experience. Although moving is stressful, we found it to be less so as a result of the kind personnel who helped along the way. All of the concierge staff, maintenance staff, valet staff, and other residents have been very kind and welcoming. In addition, it also helps that our apartment is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. My husband and I are pleased with our time in the One Chicago community thus far.
Very seamless moving in process, excellent apartment, everybody is very helpful. All new equipments in the kitchen and for washing/drying, maintenance requests are solved within 24 hours which is a very good thing to have.
We enjoy living in downtown Chicago. One Chicago is a great location to restaurants, bars and shopping. The amenities in One Chicago is the main reason why we chose to live there.
Moving in has been a very enjoyable experience. The One staff has been very accommodating by delivering our many packages directly to our apartment and being flexible with our freight elevator reservation.

One Superior place has been an amazing home so far! I've lived here for about 6 months and have 0 complaints. It's quiet, everything works great, maintenance is quick to complete requests, and the elevators are efficient. I definitely see myself living here for a while!

Great. Some good things, some not good things. Management doesn’t care about noise complaints, so if your neighbor plays loud music every night, you’ll be up the whole night and lose tons of sleep.

There are countless positive attributes to One Chicago. The warmth that you’re greeted by everyone favorites Nana & Chris. To the professionalism of the concierge the moment you enter. The cleanliness and attention to detail. I could pretend that somehow this is the result of just a great management company. But the standards and expectations that are in upheld virtually invisibly by Anthony and Nick the MVP of this phenomenal building are what make it impossible to compete with. I can’t imagine something could ever be constructed in Chicago that could compete with this amazing building. Great experience here! Amenities are great. Only hiccup is the appliances. The dryer doesn’t dry the clothes that well and needs to run it a second time. And the dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes after it’s rinse

The package room hours are insufficient. I do not know any other buildings with similar price points that do not have such limited package receiving hours not to mention the inability to get their packages on Sunday. The hours change & are only posted on the door of the package room- never sent by email or building notices - which we receive for everything else. Why not? 9-6 or 9-7pm is when most people are out of the building and at work. Not open early enough to go before work (6am would make sense) and have to rush home from work to get there in time. After work commitment? Might have to wait then until Saturday to get it. Call ahead of time & ask them to bring it to front desk? I have multiple times where I was still unable to get my package. Imagine if everyone asked for that… what a hassle for the employees. It’s not the employees fault. It’s the building management not willing to spend a couple more thousand dollars a month to hire more workers to be open for longer hours. We have a hotel being ran out of our building, the free coffee went away during Covid, you up the cost of my apartment every year when no improvements have been made to it or the building that benefit me. I am a recent move-in, and have lived in many apartments here in Chicago. I can confidently say that I have never had a more positive experience moving into a new place than I have here at OSP! From the joy of working with Carol in the leasing office, to the ease of move-in day, to the help the management office and maintenance provided right away, and to all the smiling faces of the staff I see on a daily basis in between, it has been the greatest experience. What a great living experience at One Chicago. Outside of having downtown Chicago all around you, we have the in-house amenities of gym, groceries, cafe, dry cleaning services and on-site parking. Never need to leave the building, especially when the weather is bad.

The building is great with all amenities you could think of. However, we had a terrible experience with lease management who was not willing to corroborate. For Non- US citizens, without a credit score, is it ridiculously difficult to van accepted. We felt that not everyone of management was aware of the policies.

Really enjoy the building facilities and amenities. Having Whole Foods, Life Fitness, Gemini Grill and Philz Cafe inside the building is very convenient, especially as the weather is starting to get cold. The staff is very helpful and professional
