My husband and I moved to One Beachmont a few days ago, and everything has been great so far. Rodyl has been incredibly supportive and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. On the first day, the dishwasher wasn’t working and we also experienced some issues with the washing machine. Fortunately, the maintenance team has done a great job fixing both the dishwasher and the washer/dryer. We’ve found all the staff — from the concierge to the leasing office and maintenance team — to be very kind, respectful, and helpful. I’ll update this comment after a few months, once I’ve lived here longer.

We had a fantastic experience on our rental tour! The building was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We were especially impressed with the gym and the club space—both were modern, clean, and well-designed. The apartment itself was spacious, full of light, and felt like home the moment we walked in. Everything we saw made a great impression. Highly recommended!

It is clean and modern. I have been staying here for the past year, and there were no major problems at my home or in the community. It has a very safe neighbourhood and it is convenient to the station (within 15 15-minute walk).

I’ve lived here for two years now, it’s great. Clean building, respectful neighbors, good staff, and it’s in a good location- walking distance to a T stop op the blue line.

One Beachmont is a beautiful and friendly community with many fantastic amenities. The residents are friendly and the staff are excellent and courteous. I've been a resident since 2020 and have no intentions of leaving anytime soon.

I love these apartments the beat desicion ever! The amenities are cool, everything is clean all the time, neighbors are good people. The only thing i wish we had bbq upstairs in the balcony that would be great

Really amazing staff, really great amenities. The only issues I have are with the other residents, who can be inconsiderate at times. Also the stoves don't have ranges with vents so the smoke alarms go off often.

One Beachmont and their staff have been wonderful since moving in two years ago. The blue line is across the road, I’m able to stroll the beach on the warmer days, and you can even take the residential roads to get to the airport just a few minutes away - doesn’t get any better than this!

This is a good, quiet place to live. There are convenient amenities and also the staff is really nice and quick to help when you need things.

We continue to love this living space but the one thing that would be appreciated would be more gym equipment or a restructuring of the current set up. Most folks want to lift and there is not a lot of equipment that allows more than 3 people to lift. Moving the ellipticals and/or replacing with more free weights, cable machine or second squat rack would make very big difference. We hope someone reads this!

This place is really great! Very clean, safe, great amenities, friendly and attentive staff. Never have to worry about my packages or the safety and comfort of my pets.

It has been great! We love the staff members and everything they have done for us. Most residents are very nice and willing to create a relationship with ya.

Smooth process overall, very quick as far as processing time it took for my application. Staff was wonderful and took care of all my needs on top of accommodating me and going above and beyond.

I have loved living at One Beachmont. The amenities are amazing—from a clean and well-equipped to gym, to the pool, to a great roof space to host events, to onsite dry cleaning services, to an on-site doggy daycare center. The staff is friendly and attentive, and whenever I've had a maintenance issue, it's been handled in a timely manner (and they have always gone above and beyond to fix the problem!).

This is a great place to live. It’s a good distance from the city on the blue line. There doesn’t seem to be much crime. The neighbors are all relatively quiet and cordial and the staff rocks

Living here at One Beachmont has been great so far. We’ve been here about two months. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly; the office staff are responsive; the concierge staff at night are lovely; the apartments are a lot quieter inside than I expected for living so close to an airport. The units are spacious, clean, and modern. The traffic outside can get noisy with emergency sirens since it’s a main thoroughfare and both police and fire headquarters are on the same road about half a mile away. The neighbors I’ve met are polite and kind. Aside from the usual bumps and footsteps etc. expected of typical apartment living, it’s a very quiet and very pet friendly building. For me, the location seems a little hard to get in and out of, but I’m not from the area. It may just be my relative perspective. Conveniently, there is a small shopping center across the street with a Target, grocery store, Wendy’s, and a few other bits and bobs.

Great complex, can have random non-residents get inside though. Clean and friendly staff. Overall, I would resign here. Very dog friendly as well.

Is really good, all clean and organized I like that the building security works and that everyone has their own garage stall, vending machine for drinks and candy. Elevators for moving, great place to live.

Love the peace that we feel living here, totally recommended for new people to move in here. Good areas, good service, good neighbors. You have everything you need around here.

Andres fixed my shower within minutes. The whole staff has had great customer service!

The staff was just super attentive, even when I arrived much earlier than expected. The concierge and leasing team brought me water and snacks, and were able to take some of the stress off of finding a place asap. Really liked onsite dog daycare feature too. My other tours were not as comforting or easy going - thanks one beachmont!

Best place I have lived in. Wake up every day in a good mood and that’s primarily because of this place. Always clean, smells nice, people are friendly. Just good vibes all around

The apartments are very nice, the people who work help a lot, because it has many amenities and interactions in many areas of the building, because the pets have their own space to play, to clean them, because it is very quiet, the apartment is very well soundproofed, because the pool and the whole place is always very clean. I recently moved into One Beachmont and the staff in the rental office, Ally and Ashley, helped me do everything in just 2 days time! Eliminated so much moving stress for me, and there's even a place for my pet. Would recommend this place just off of the customer service alone.

Prolonged maintenance repair with no compensation. Upstairs neighbor is consistently dropping and dragging items from 6pm to 11pm. Neighbor across the way smokes and it fills the hallways. Everything else is fine

Service and professionalism have dropped to an all time low in the leasing office. Greystar was replaced with Dolben as the building's management company. I saw a $300 monthly increase in my renewal. I moved in to this building when it was newly opened, it is sad to see it go downhill so quickly.

One Beachmont aka Home at last! Everything is great from staff to cleanliness, group activities to amenities; Covid safety measures in place makes us feel safer. Short walk to beach and nearby stores is an added plus along with a quick walk to Beachmont T Stop is another plus. Greater things are being built around us so I foresee being here a while.

Hi, my name is Hadassah and I am writing this short review to say I was really impressed with the leasing management team at One Beachmont Apartments. I was very impressed with the transparency and honesty of their leasing officer Robert and the timely manner in which he got back to me during the pandemic with photos and on-line video tours of their building and units. I also was very appreciative of his transparency when I asked him some questions I had about some concerns about their smoking policy and other policies of the building. I would recommend anyone looking for a new place to live on Revere Beach to check out One Beachmont Apartments because I felt they sincerely wanted to support potential renters have the best experience possible and wanted to make sure that it was a good fit for both parties involved. Thanks so much for your support on my search for a new Home.

One Beachmont has incredible apartments, residents, leasing staff, and Oren. We love the amenities and we love the living experience. The only things that have been frustrating are getting maintenance request filled in a timely manner and our online resident portal has been reflected ting incorrect rent rates for three months.

The building and amenities are wonderful. What concerns us is management. There are abuses of the amenity spaces like bringing dogs and using them during overnight hours that go uncorrected. Staff is friendly and most residents are considerate. However, be prepared to have complaints go unresolved and keep an eye on accounting matters. We still get occasional bills from a unit we vacated months ago. Those issues do get properly reconciled but, we have to remain vigilant. Proximity to the beach and the T are unbeatable. Just be prepared to have lackluster enforcement of things like Covid protocols, etc.

One Beachmont is an amazing luxury apartment. You get incredible amenities and apartment square footage for the price you pay! Everyone from the concierge to the maintenance staff to the leasing office personnel are friendly and helpful. The residents and their dogs are a fun loving, welcoming community. One Beachmont is a beautiful, dynamic oasis five minutes from Revere Beach.

One Beachmont made it easy to move in, the amenities are great and overall the staff is very kind and friendly. Im glad we made the decision to move here!

I’ve stayed here for just over a year now and I can think of VERY few complaints. The staff is very friendly and always willing to drop anything they are doing to help with whatever you need. The gym is clean and well maintained. The rooftop and lobby tv/entertainment rooms are great! Lots of room and surround sound speakers so everyone can hear. Pet friendly and has its own Dog Daycare Center in the back of the building! Happily resigning here and would recommend to all.
