It was okay. It could use a renovation. It was hard to find parking spot. High turnover in property managers. I did not like package pickup hours which were mostly in daytime.

We apologize for the challenges you experienced. We offer reserved parking spots in the garage for residents at No Cost. For package deliveries, we have a mail and package room available to residents 24/7; however, we do have office hours 5 days a week to accommodate all other requests. While not all of our suites are the most modern, we offer the most living space for the price, along with updated Penthouse suites.
Madeline was very thorough in her tour and review of the building and room. Knowing every resident and employee that came through is a great endorsement of how they manage the property.

The Oliver House is a hidden gem. The staff is very friendly and always so very helpful. The new staff in the office is awesome!!! The buildings are clean, easy access to the bus line and a laundry area on each floor. I love living here!!!!

This apartment is more like a home without all the extra responsibilities. It has ever amenity you want, and the location is in the center of it all. The surroundings are extremely well kept, and the apartment units are very well appointed. You will find the atmosphere serene with esthetic views. If you are empty nesting or just want an uncomplicated life style, this is the place for you! You have to see it for your self to believe it!
Lived here 9 1/2 years; large suites, quick maintenance request response, accommodating office hours, friendly neighbors, outstanding staff from office, housekeeping, and maintenance, manicured grounds, pool and courtyard available, centrally and conveniently located for public transportation, travel, shopping, and socializing. Love my space!
Nice apartment with great friendly people They take care of the grounds very well.
Not worth the rental price.. especially for a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything looks outdated. The corridor and kitchen looks outdated. Not familiar with maintenance. I only visited.
