Amazing Move-In Experience! I just moved into my new apartment and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The community is beautiful, clean, and super welcoming, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. The leasing office manager was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way—she made everything feel so easy during the move. And I have to give a special shoutout to Hope at the front desk! She is absolutely wonderful. She’s warm, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. Every interaction with her has been nothing but positive, and she truly makes the building feel like home. Overall, I’m so glad I chose this complex. The staff and service here are unmatched, and I already feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Apartments are fine and updated. However, parking is a nightmare for my building, and can imagine it’s only going to get worse. The complex is no where near full, and there is no where near enough parking for all of these apartments. They are basically going to force us to rent a garage or carport just to make sure I can park my car somewhere. Same with the amenities. Cannot imagine the gym, common spaces, and pool once these other buildings start filling up. Oh, and the construction workers around here don’t care that this is a residence and not a construction site. They park in residential parking (sometimes taking up more than one space), leave razor blades in the parking lots everywhere, throw debris into the dog park area for your dog to eat, and also will prop the gates open to the dog park while you have your dog unleashed in there. Already looking forward to my lease ending next year…

Beautiful spacious house, beautiful place, sufficient sunlight-a plant or 2 can grow- just beautiful overall. All clean and new. Well equipped amenities, close proximity to shopping places and the bus. Really, all good so far.

Since Day 1, the tour Day, I felt this was my place. One of those situations where you finally say “this is it”. Karla & the girls were super nice, also something that (believe it or not) it’s hard to find in a leasing team. I looked at more than 15 apartments, leasing agents were rude and pushy. Living here is amazing, I love every bit of my place, the amenities are great, location is prime. Couldn’t be happier!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Leasing here was one of the most frustrating and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a property management company. I signed a lease in April for a 2-bedroom unit at Olivean with a July 1st move-in. Just over two weeks before move-in, I was told the building wouldn’t be ready due to inspection delays. Despite being the ones to break the lease, their team offered no real reassurance — even after we made it clear we had to vacate our current place on that date. We had to suggest every workaround ourselves. Their only offers were smaller units or a 3-bedroom with a promo already being advertised — nothing that addressed the disruption or inconvenience they caused. They claimed they had “done their best,” but never took responsibility or tried to make things right. We had to terminate the lease and scramble to find housing on short notice due to their mismanagement. Then the final insult: our exact unit was re-listed with a July 30th availability (a full month after our original move-in date and weeks after the new estimate they gave us) and at a rent $125 higher than what we signed for. So not only were they not honest with us about the actual timeline, it’s clear they were more interested in profiting off a rent hike than honoring the lease we signed in good faith. The Olivean leasing team were completely unprofessional, unaccountable, and careless with our time and housing situation. Their behavior was infuriating from start to finish. Fairfield Residential cannot be trusted. If this is how they treat tenants before they move in, imagine how bad it gets after. They clearly don’t respect renters’ time, money, or basic dignity. Think twice before leasing here. If something goes wrong, you’ll be left to deal with the consequences alone. Also incredibly shady to see people post 5 star reviews within minutes of each other after I posted my 1 star review when they haven't gotten another good review in weeks. Never thought I would witness deceptive review practices like this. This has soured me from renting at any Fairfield Property ever again.

We understand how disappointing and stressful construction delays can be, especially when moving plans are affected. We offered both 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options to try and accommodate your needs, and we did our best to be transparent throughout the process. Unfortunately, some delays are outside of our control, particularly those related to building inspections and construction timelines. Regarding the rental rate, our pricing is based on current availability, and we strive to be fair and upfront with all details. We acted in good faith by returning your full security deposit and offering alternative options. To help prevent similar issues in the future, we have now set move-ins for July 30th for that building, ensuring that all inspections are completed beforehand.
