Warning: Management neglects proper inspections, no fire extinguishers, cracked ceilings and walls, AC barely works, mold in humid bathrooms. Shared laundry faces constant issues due to public use; many machines out of service. Avoid moving in; buildings lack care.

This is our second year living here and because of the humidity of the summer mold starts coming out of the walls in the bathroom. We politely asked management to do something about it and it has been 2 months every week we go and they always say they will send someone and no one comes. Medical intervenience is needed since now we have allergies and difficulty to breath, still waiting for them to come do something.

It is a quiet, nice community, clean and nice area.

Llevo 10 meses, a punto de renovar mi contrato. Me encanta mi apartamento, la vista, y lo tranquilo que es este lugar. Las chicas de la oficina son muy profesionales. El manager siempre está muy al pendiente de todo. Solo camino una cuadra y ya estoy en la playa!

This property has changed a lot for the better...!! since they changed owners.

I like the property very much, is a nice place, very quiet, safe and close to my kid's school. The people that work there are very nice and friendly, they are always there for me when I need any request.

It feels very nice to live on this complex ! Close to the beach, nice restaurants and stores nearby, people at the office are professional, they keep this place neat.

one problem is the people that live there do not pick up their dog poop and let them run free, I don't like complaining do to retaliation, but if a manager see this please enforce that they pick up the poop, kids and people can get sick from that. this is why the 3 stars.

I says all apartments available now. 2 bedroom available on June 15th. However when I called to inquire about the apartments I am told there is nothing available. when I ask about the two bedroom I am told by a woman that she has nothing and does not know when she will have apartments available. I happen to drive through the area and it is inhabitable. So why the false advertisement if nothing is available.

Me encantaria poder sentarme afuera a ver el canal sin me que boten las sillas o que me arranquen las flores y sellen las llaves exteriores de agua con cemento o que rastrillen el frente que da pena y si limpian las escaleras uffff .A y si de verdad tuviera una lavadora en mi edificio seria maravilloso ,pero lo q mas me molesta es tener q pasar por una fosa desbordada cada ves q entro .

Great Location, close to the beach. Two parks near by. It is a quite area. My kid is going to the public school one block away from the apartment. The manager is nice, new owner and is investing and upgrading the property. Good price for this location, I couldn't find anything chipper.

Since changed owners Grand Beach property had many changes, keep the property clean, green areas, this quiet area. I hope to continue to make more changes to improve the property..

Great place to rent, I went with my friend and we love it. The building are getting renew and paint. All units are being renovated with new appliances and kitchen cabinets. Friendly environment at the office and so close to the beach only 5 blocks. Definitely we love it.

I went to see these apartments, they are fully renovated, beautiful location only 4 blocks to the beach, canal's view, very quite, near to schools for my kids not only private but also public elementary schools. The management was very friendly and helpful, the prices are lower than average around beaches.
