The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Oakline Apartments
In the month of October alone they have shut off the community water 4 times.
Communication with residents isn’t efficient. I had to fight them for two months to get our severely damaged and unsafe front door to be replaced. The locks on both our doors weren't secure when we moved in and there were, and still are, gaps in both the doors. I told them about a week after we moved in and it took them two months to replace the front door alone. 4 months later my back door still hasn't been replaced and there are massive gaps where AC has been escaping and bugs have been getting in frequently. When we first moved in our AC also broke, and the office didn't communicate truthfully about when the vendors would arrive to make the repairs. We lived a week without livable temperatures. Our dishwasher also filled with wastewater and started to spill out onto the floor every time we would run a clothes washer cycle. It took us constantly nagging, emailing, and calling them for them to even consider replacing the dishwasher.
the apartments are roach infested and management have change four times in the last year and they do not fix anything. ac was broken for the whole summer and they did nothing about it do not move here unless you want roaches coming out of your refrigerator and stove .
