I moved in on March 2nd and it has been a good 2 months. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. It’s quiet here and I love my neighbors. My experience was great at the beginning of inquiring and all way up until now. Christa and the rest of the staff are GREAT!

Great apartment complex. Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. Both Christa and Michele are a great management team, and very understanding when certain tenant situations arise.

No complaints from when I moved in a couple of months ago apartments are clean and maintenance is amazing the front office staff are extremely helpful and informative. Best apartments I've lived in thus far.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! When I first moved here for about a year it was okay, but it has been getting worse and worse every year. The apartments itself are not up to par. They have a pest control problem. There is always something that needs to be fixed and management isn't always courteous and professional. It seems like management needs some training on how to provide great customer service because their service is quite lackluster. Also, the water bill is allocated and it is never the same amount. It varies from $50-70 every month and sometimes it is even higher than that . Some of the people here do not care about the community and it shows by the trash that is always on the ground and the constant noises that you hear at all hours of the night. This has been the worst living experience of my life.

This apartment complex is the best I’ve stayed in, amazing service and you can always count on the maintenance crew to make sure your utilities are all good.

We toured with Christa and she was a pleasure to work with. She couldn't have made the application process more simple. We came to tour a 2 bedroom, applied, and got approved within 24 hours. We are set to move-in in March and are beyond excited as it's our first apartment.

As of yet we haven’t moved to our new home. But Christa did an exceptional job of telling us everything we needed to know. What a gem she is. We can’t wait to move in.

We've been looking in Arlington for an apartment trying to stay in the Martin High School area. Right now Oak Chase is at the top of our list. The inside of the apartment is cozy and the property has several amenities as well, a grill in the picnic or pool area would be nice. The prices are not crazy like others. The controlled access gate is a plus. :-) The associate in the office who helped us gave us all the information we needed and an awesome tour! We felt welcomed and plan to come back and lease in March!

I've been living at Oak Chase for a few years now. The property is well-kept with plenty of amenities. The property is currently getting re-painted so that is exciting. Enjoy using the pool and picnic area but wish they had grills. Maintenance is fast to respond and the office staff is a joy to work with. Plan on renewing my lease when the time comes.

The office staff is knowledgeable and polite. (Of course they want to get the units filled) Maintenance was quick and responsive. However, towards the end of my lease the neighbors became a problem...loud music, a lot of people in and out the apartment all times of the night and morning, a lot of police visibility, noise late night along the walk way, gun play and scoping out the walk way by the neighbors....I can go on. I reported it to the office and nothing had been done to alleviate the problem. I also had one of the neighbors kid set a shirt on fire right by my apartment, almost catching the structure on fire. Thanks to RING doorbell. Nothing was done about that either since they were “long time" residents there. On another note, if your waiting on your deposit, don’t count on it. They hike the water bill up and add “carpet cleaning” services to complete the balance you owe. Rent was paid on time every month and the apartment was left in the same condition I got it in. So that mean you won’t be getting nothing back. Another neighbor told me someone was pulling on her door at 4-5 in the morning. These problems didn't arise until the end of my lease, but overall mediocre apartments. 9 months was enough for me. Location was convenient. Recommendation.…I wouldn't think twice about moving back to these apartments. Safety concern and nothing is ever done. I would add pics to this post but its not worth it at all.

Enjoy the property very much. The pools are clean, there is a nice dog park, and a little picnic area you can eat at. Grounds are well kept. Gated community, which is a plus. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix things.

Me and my family lived there for 3yrs..which we had great experiences there such as great services and very we’ll kept property also management was excellent..if we had to do it all over again we surely would choose oak chase..

Ownership and management do not care about residents. We lived there nearly 6 years. They gave my wife's handicap space to another resident, refused to discipline the resident or work with animal services when her pit bull attacked our son, they allowed another neighbor to toss dog waste in our parking space. These are just a few examples of the lack of care these people have for their residents. This is a horrible place and should be absolutely avoided.

I haven't rented an apartment in 28 years and had heard story and read reviews online about management staffs and apartments, and I was very concern about this next step in my life! I have been overjoyed about the way the staff has made my transition for home ownership to apartment living! They have been considerate of my current physical challenges and are always willing to help. Every time I have any contact with them they always ask if there is something they can do to make my apartment living experience enjoyable. Any issues have been addressed in a timely manner. I am Blessed that God led me to OakChase Apartments!
