Love this place , highly recommend, I’ve been living @ Oak Enclave since Nov 22 , literally no complaint , staff is amazing , friendly & efficiency. Maintenance responds quick to work orders. Amenities are up to date. On top the location is prefect easy commute to other area in miami. 10/10… if you are moving soon check out Oak Enclave

I lived here for 2 years. In my opinion- absolute nightmare horror show. Throw away everything you own after leaving. Every year your rent will go up $500 while conditions worsen.

I just renewed my lease and am happy with the new management company, Harbor Group. Happy to see the positive changes to keep the community clean and nice. Office staff are nice and the managers are responsive. I don’t mind the rules, they keep unwanted people away; especially for the amount of rent we pay.

Poor communication with both old and new management companies
A horrible team that lasts a loooong time to give an answer about a simple application! I don't recommend it neither for my worst enemy! Run away if you can!
unprofessional, time wasters, horrible at coordinating move ins for future staff.
Brand new apartments. Unites are small but professionally built. All of the amenities are great… pool, gym, beautiful landscape, in unit full size washer and dryer. Office staff is very nice and professional. Maintenance crew is good too.
