The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at O2
O2 has been a great place to live so far! It's close enough to walk to downtown, sculpture park, the Space Needle, Pike Place market, or the piers/ferry's. I moved in at the start of quarantining/coronavirus, so the gym has been closed the entire time. But access to the yoga studio is perfect for me. The roof is INCREDIBLE, views as well as the indoor space, the TV's (outdoor also) and grills. They have SO many different floor plans to choose from. I started out in an urban home, which was perfect size for just me. I just went through the process of transferring my lease to a bigger unit (the 1 bedroom with a den) because I'm moving in with my partner. The process was very easy and Rebecca and Chris N. helped us through every step! I'm very excited to continue living here as long as I'm in Seattle!

Management is great - anything that breaks in the building or in my unit (rare) is fixed quickly! The staff are all wonderful and friendly. The roof deck has incredible views and is rarely busy. The pricing of units is really fair for the quality and location.

thanks for your feedback! We at O2 always enjoy hearing from residents, and we appreciate your thoughtful comments. We sincerely thank you for the positive review, and look forward to seeing you again soon! Chris Ramsey
We lived here for a year and I enjoyed it a lot. We had a tour for about 10 apartments and chose O2 at last. We feel like it's a wise decision. Location: The biggest advantage of this apartment is the location. Close to everything and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops, and even your work place if you work in SLU just like me. Unit: We got a brand new unit (yes, nobody lives in the unit before) and we pretty like it. The hardwood floor make it easy to clean, a big refrigerator, beautiful drawers with nice finishes. One thing that needs to be mentioned is they have A/C in the unit, which is rare in other apartments. Price: Considering the location and it's a new apartment and , the price is good. Although I wish to have a bigger parking spot, I know parking here in the town is expensive. Management: The best thing that we like here is the management stuffs, both Chris, Rebecca, Jason, they are very friendly and help us in a timely manner. It's always a nice experience to see them and greet each other when you go to work in the morning. With them, the apartment is clean and things are organized. They also held some interesting events before COVID19. In summary, I'd definitely recommend people go by and take a tour of this apartment. Jay & Nichole.
