El vecindario es muy tranquilo y pacífico, el edificio muy limpio y libre de fumadores lo cual nos encanta, el gym muy completo y la atención del encargado del edificio es excelente, realmente nos facilitó muchísimo el arrendar aquí y estamos muy agradecidos por eso, si lo recomendamos al 100%.

The staff that works with the community are friendly and understanding but the building itself leaves a lot to be desired. Frequent package thefts, security issues with people propping locked doors open and hopping fences to walk through patio areas, cheap appliances, dirty hallways and elevators, the removal of the dog play area with no plans to replace it (the reason why I chose this building over others in the area)... the list goes on and on. I could not in good faith recommend living here, certainly not at the prices we're charged. I want to reiterate that this is not a staff problem - they have been nothing but kind and understanding. This is a corporate issue of profits over people.

The Novi at Queen Anne is beautiful inside and out. The staff is very friendly they make you feel like coming home not just landlords. Wes and Caleb are very informative and friendly! I love the deli downstairs the owner is very friendly and prices are amazing. There’s always parking which is a breath of fresh air living in the city and one of the best apartment communities in the city hands down!

NOVI at Queen Anne is a peaceful place to live. In my experience the tenants are quiet and courteous neighbors. The location is also quiet and very accessible to the bus system as well as businesses that one needs to function in general. Our staff are all kind, caring and very available. The building is extremely well insulated & solid, meaning there is relatively no noise. Greystar is making improvements to the building since taking over management at the end of September 2023, and it appears that they are working on this steadily but it takes time. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Decent place to live. Buildings on the older side but management is quick to respond to issues and inquiries and having package lockers is a huge plus.

Avoid this “community” at all cost. Residents pay lots of money for a poor maintained “community”. Maybe Greystar should renovate the building so they can justify the over priced dump they call a “community”. Here’s some free advice, fix the issues with the building or spend lots of money to make it look better than what it is.

Apartment is ok, cellphone reception is bad, and the free for all parking can be annoying at times - the building lets non handicapped people park in handicapped spots with no consequences so they are always full. We used to have a dog park that was closed down for no reason so there is a big rooftop area that is empty. It would be nice to bring it back.

I lived at Harrison Square for 2 years and I do not recommend living here if you value your safety or if you frequently get packages delivered! While I was living here, a homeless man was squatting in the apartment gym and approached me. I was in fear for my life and called apartment security. It took over 20 minutes for security to arrive as they're not on site 24/7. Security also did not follow up with me after the incident and I had to call the leasing office the next morning to see what came of the incident. The leasing office then told me they were unaware that the incident even occurred and that these things just happen. There have also been several incidents where my packages have been stolen. After the 3rd time, I brought it up to management and even offered solutions. When they have too many packages to fit in the package locker or if the package is too large, they leave it out in the open. I suggested to help prevent further theft they should lock packages in their office at the end of the day or even deliver the packages to the resident's front door. Management's response was that was "too much work" for their leasing team and that those who want to steal will find a way to do so. Lastly, there is constant safety and maintenance issues throughout the property. This past summer alone the elevators have gone down, the fob system was vandalized and the water was shut off without notice.
