Located at the intersection of Fishtown and Northern Liberties along the American Street Creative Corridor District. Reanimator Coffee (amazing) and CHAR Pizza are on the corner. Less than 5-10 minute walk to: Frankford Ave, City Fitness Fishtown, Mulherin's, Middle Child, Pizzeria Beddia, Kalaya, Wissahickon Brewing, Laser Wolf, La Colombe, Frankford Hall, R&D, Suraya, The Garage... The residences at Nova was inspired by Japandi living - combining organic materials and a natural palette (Japanese) with a modern, minimalist approach to design (Scandi). However, we did not forget our local roots in the process. Our street presence takes design cues from our neighbors - Crane Arts & ReAnimator Coffee - intentionally preserving the familiar loft-style, red-brick charm of Fishtown - NoLibs - Philadelphia architecture. Best-in-class interiors without wasting rent on unused large-building "amenities". Instead we think you can have much more value spending that $200 - $400 "amenity-fee" nearby amenity-buildings charge towards your local cafes (Reanimator), fitness gyms (City Fitness), restaurants (endless options), etc! Nova was developed out of the need to create more spaces that make impact accessible through daily experience. By approaching this through a residential lens, Nova highlights the sense of social impact and belonging made possible by an intimate shared experience of charity, architecture, and design. Aa portion of the profits from Nova will fund a core vision of ours: a world free of avoidable blindness as a result of extreme poverty. Our charity partner - SEVA Foundation - provides sight restoring cataracts surgery free of cost to children & adults. Future Nova Residents will carry on this mission as a portion of rents will continue to be dedicated to SEVA Foundation.

Once the epicenter of the commercial shad fishing industry, Fishtown is now a creative hub for artistic, culinary, and musical action in Philadelphia. Beer gardens, independent coffee shops, diverse restaurants, eclectic bars, vibrant murals, and live music abound in Fishtown.
Renting in Fishtown affords residents the option to catch a concert at the Fillmore Philadelphia, play classic video games at Barcade, and drink artisanal coffee at La Colombe Coffee Roasters. Palmer Park and Penn Treaty Park also offer a lush reprieve from city life in the neighborhood.
Fishtown manages to feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of Center City, despite being less than a ten-minute ride away via the El. Convenience to I-95 connects Fishtown to destinations like New Jersey, New York, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. in less than a two-hour drive.
