Note 16 is a great apartment community with nice tenants. The management is professional, yet personable. It is a fantastic tree lined neighborhood with geographical dimension. Also has great architectural, business, and social variation and entertainment options. Highly Recommend.

I have been a resident for almost three years and this community has been absolutely stellar. This midtown neighborhood is quiet, well kept, and perfectly located near Downtown, many restaurants (incl. the 12 South area), and the 65/40/440 highway interchanges. While the actual building has always been secure, security of the parking area has also been dramatically heightened with floor to ceiling security gates and improved lighting to protect your vehicle from break ins. The management team has been nothing but pleasant, professional, and attentive to resident concerns/requests and Maintenance has been incredible; knocking out service requests within 24/48 hrs. I am truly happy with my situation and would recommend anyone looking for a new home to check out this community!

Note 16 has excellent staff, Bewar (sp?), John, and Faith all do a good job. Note 16 corporate (Security Properties) does a really good job of being stingy with small creature comforts such as coffee/hot chocolate, so don't expect to get any of that here for many months (or years).

This is a great facility! The building is clean and quiet and the community is very friendly. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, and I love the location. Ive been very happy with my choice to live here.
The management is lovely, the building is gorgeous, and the location can't be beat!
Love this place is very quite during the day and the water fountain is extremely smoothing.
In the almost 17 months of living at Note 16, I've never had to wait more than a day to receive maintenance assistance.
The size, the staff, the residents, everything about this place is homey. Its truly become my home away from home.

Note 16 has been a great place to live. I am in a perfect location to walk to many places whether that be to work or a place to eat! The building is in a nice area that is pretty quiet and not too congested with traffic. I enjoy it here!
Living at Note 16 has been a wonderful experience! You can't beat the location in Edgehill (~10-15 minute walk from Vanderbilt, Belmont, Midtown, Hillsboro, and 12 South). This apartment building offers a professional and personable management team, regular community events, and great amenities (safe parking, courtyard, controlled access, coffee bar, and exercise facility).
