The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Northridge Village
New management isn't good at all!!! Moved in May I thought they were nice I still do but, I have needed things fixed since I moved in and still no one has come to fix anything! I have more issues since I moved in now and still no one will help I pay so much money to live here they treat you like crap I go in every time to pay my rent and continue asking to fix my things and yet still nothing... there liars! These town houses are over priced and slowly falling apart tbh...
Property Manager at Northridge Village, Responded To This Review
Hi Ariana - We looked for your name in our resident files, but we were unable to locate you as ever having lived at Northridge. We'd certainly like to be of assistance in addressing any concerns you have. Could you please contact us?
New Management has taken over and I have lived here over eight years. The property manager is rude! The rent continues to increase and the square footage has not change and no upgrade to the apartments . The parking is awful and all they care about is money.
I moved in at the end of January. My apartment wasn't supposed to be ready until mid February but I got a call and was asked if I'd like to move in "today" and I jumped at it! The only issue I had when I first moved in was parking (someone took up more than one space) but that got taken care of fairly quick. Their maintenance crew have gone over and above what was necessary to make me comfortable. Angie and Heather are simply WONDERFUL people with a take no crap attitude on issues that need to be faced. If it needs to be done they will make sure its handled quickly, efficiently firmly yet with respect. I do love my neighbors and enjoy having conversations with them as often as I can. It was not easy finding an affordable place with a large dog but we have both settled in quite nicely. Dixie looks forward to her multiple daily walks to visit her young friends she has made. I feel safe and truly at home and see the whole community as family. Yes I would suggest Northridge to friends and family in a heartbeat!!
Not a terrible place to live. However new Management took over about 3 months ago and they are NOT fair in business at all. You will end up paying more than what the property is worth a month because they have not started remodeling yet(which is long over due), and they have went up over 100 dollars for each design. They get no stars for me. There's so much more I can say but. Please take my word for it.
My family and I have been at Northridge for four years and we like the community a lot. Management is very good, they return phone calls quickly and they are also nice to deal with. The maintenance gets done pretty quick. The pool is nice in the summer and the kids have a large playground on which to play. The rent is very good for what I get. So far I have not had any problems with neighbors. There are a fair number of children in the community so kids have someone to play with. I read an earlier post by someone claiming to be a resident who complained of pest control. I have had no problems with any insects nor do I have neighbors that have such problems. I do not know if they are a real tenant or if they just have a grudge. All I can say is that my stay here has been good and I would recommend this place to a friend.
We take any pest infestation very seriously, especially bed bugs. As you know, bed bugs can be brought in from many different sources such hotel visits, guests, used furniture, etc. Our policy is to provide several free bed bug treatments to residents once an infestation is reported. If a resident reports bed bugs, we immediately take action to remedy this situation. We value our residents and appreciate any feedback as it makes us a strong community. Sincerely, Northridge Village management team.
Very nice neighborhood, although I'm friends with pretty much a nice amount of people I ask them if they get bed bugs they sure do I feel like the cons part about living in this place are the bed bugs there everywhere and nobody seems to take action in this problem
I have been living in Northridge Apartments for 6 years and I love the space I have. Three bedroom and a large living room dining area and 2 and a half bathrooms. The grounds are very well maintained and the most respectful landlord. The neighborhood is great we really don't have any drama everyone seems to get along. It is like our very own personal community.
