Search elsewhere for an apartment. Cortland North Haven’s administration is still in Covid-ish working-from-home posture which means they do little work.

I have been a resident at Cortland North Haven since 2018, & it is a wonderful place to live! I love my apartment & that it has an attached garage, which few complexes offer. The pool area is beautiful & well maintained, & they recently remodeled the workout room. Sheila, Brooke'lyn & Eddie in the office are all fantastic & continually make me feel valued & appreciated as a resident. The maintenance team also do a great job, whether it's simply changing out my air filter or the few times I've had other maintenance requests over the years.

I recently moved into these apartments, and it has been fantastic so far. Israel, the maintenance guy, has been an enormous help during our move. He is quick and efficient in resolving any issues I have. Not only that, but the entire property is consistently clean and well-kept.

I lived here for almost 3 years when I had a job transfer to Dallas. I just moved back about 3 months ago. It is the same as when I left. The staff, grounds and maintenance are superior to anywhere I have lived in the past.

I have lived at Cortland North Haven for over 2 years. It is the best decision I have ever made with regards to places to live. The grounds are well kept and clean. My maintenance request are completed usually the same day and the office staff always greets me with a smile. This is the best place to live in Cypress.

I have enjoyed living here for over a year. It is a beautiful community and close to 290 and Beltway 8. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants as well. The attached garages makes my apartment seem more like a house and less like an apartment. The staff is great as well.

Cortland north haven is the place to be! Brooklyn and the team are always so friendly and always there whatever the case may be! Landscaping is so peaceful and the apartment homes feel just like a house with no responsibilities seeing as you have an attached garage every unit!

My hubby and I needed a short term lease quickly & Brooke’lyn helped get us into an apartment within a couple days. She has been responsive, patient and accommodating through our stay. This is such a comfy apartment, in a very convenient location. The staff is great at all levels! I have enjoyed living here and would definitely extend lease again for another term.
In general we love living there. We mind our business and don't get involved in drama. What I would like is a sense of loyalty for when we are renewing the lease. it goes up every time.
The staff in the front office and the maintenance workers in the community are always kind, respectful, and on top of their job.
I have been living at Cortland North Haven for almost 2 years now. First time living in Harris County & this is now my 4th apartment to live in. I was very fortunate to have found this property for any reasons: 1) The floorplan is incredible! spacious, great appliances, & an attached garage! 2) I live on the first floor so i have a little landscaping/flowerbed that i’ve been able to decorate & added some vegetables 3) Amenities are kept nice & clean along with the landscaping. They have company come out weekly to keep things maintained & a cleaning lady that comes almost every morning before sunrise & cleans the front office & gym. 4) the staff. From the property manager to the maintenance guys. they are helpful, responsive even to giving phone calls back, & maintenance orders done in a timely manner & done correctly (something i’ve never have had before) I am truly thankful to have found a place where it feels like a community & a home i feel safe in!

Cortland North Haven is an excellent, well-managed community with professional staff. This community is close to major stores like Walmart, Kroger etc., 5 minutes to SH 290, and highly rated ISD. What we liked the most about the community is it is very open and spacious, not a regular 4-floor apartment complex. We highly recommend this place ??

The amenities provided, such as communal spaces, facilities and amazing balcony views enhance the quality of life. Additionally, the convenience of having maintenance services readily available makes living here hassle-free. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home.
I love my apartment, the amenities, & how conveniently located North Haven is to everything, while also being tucked away on a side street for more of a neighborhood feel than complexes directly off 290 or other major roads. What truly sets Cortland North Haven apart from most other apartment communities, though, is their staff. While other communities may have 1 or 2 staff members that are great, everyone at Cortland North Haven has been wonderful for all 6 years I've lived here now - the manager Sheila, Brooke'Lyn & Eddy in the leasing office, Alonzo & the rest of the maintenance & make-ready team (sorry, I don't know all of their names). They truly make Cortland feel more like a home & a community than simply just an apartment complex.

I was here visiting a friend at the pool and I was surprised how well kept the community is! Not to mention the attached garages really do help with parking. We currently live in a house and if we had to move to an apartment this would be a contender!

When searching for an apartment home, customer service off the bat when walking into the office is always my first thing and Brookelyn was honestly just the best! She is very knowledgeable and very welcoming! The community itself gives a home like feeling but she just reassured that feeling! Thankful to call it my home!

The layout of the apartments are nice and the grounds are well maintained. For the price you pay to live in this community, the appliances and fixtures in each apartment should be replaced for new tenants if they had been heavily used. This is not the case. Some of the staff also treat tenants as if we are inconveniencing them when we have questions or concerns.

The community and people are very nice. If you are looking for peaceful place to live with not much crowd around then this is a place. The houses and community will also make you feel special with the experience. Office and maintenance people are very friendly.
