When looking around for housing for our son this seems like the place!! The folks on the phone were extremely helpful and the rooms looked beautiful online. Can’t wait to take a tour in person!
Basically no amenities except a cramped workout room and a pool table. Staff are terrible at responding to emails messages voicemails or calls and wasn’t able to contact a single person until I was there after dozens of calls and only one single question out of dozens were answered by the time I got there even though I submitted questions months in advance
All the staff in the office are very kind and helpful. The complex is very quiet and safe. Perfect affordable, comfortable housing for students!

The apartment is really great! I recently moved into a renovated unit, and it came fully furnished. It was super clean and nice when I moved in! I especially love that the bed is full-sized. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy living here! The staff are super nice, accommodating, and quick to help come up with solutions to potential problems. The staff puts on fun events, such as puppy yoga, grocery bingo, and even things you don't have to participate in. I got a bag with goodies, including a facemask, eye mask, gushers, and hand lotion, just when I was going to pick up my package!. The apartments are super nice, I'm in a 4x2 flat, and the bedrooms are super spacious, my friends who live in different places all mention how big our bedrooms are!

Very peaceful area easy to access public transport and U village. Unfortunately our microwave and stovetop were both broken upon arrival so thats unfortunate but overall still a good experience.

My overall experience living here has been excellent. From the first day I moved in, the leasing and maintenance teams have been very responsive and helpful. The building is clean, well-maintained, and both the common areas and amenities are thoughtfully designed for residents’ comfort. I feel safe living here, and the security and access systems work reliably. Another thing I really appreciate is the quiet and friendly environment. It’s easy to focus when needed, but also convenient to socialize in the shared spaces. Whenever I have submitted a request, the staff have handled it quickly and professionally, which makes daily life much easier and stress-free.

I have enjoyed nordheim court thus far. I do believe the living rooms and bedrooms could use better equipment. The option to purchase a starter pack of equipment would be nice.

I really love living here. The apartment has a great layout, the rooms are a good size, and the walk-in closet is such a nice bonus. The kitchen is roomy too, which I really appreciate. Management is amazing and always quick to respond when I put in a request or have a question. The team is kind and easy to talk to. I also love that they host events so we can meet our neighbors, it really makes the place feel like a community. Plus, it’s very affordable for everything you get!

The roommate matching process does not align closely with the preferences residents set. This should be taken more seriously. Mismatches can negatively impact the wellbeing of residents and create unnecessary tension in shared living spaces. I love the area. The neighbors are nice, and it's a convenient location as a college student. With a grocery store nearby as well as access to a bus stop and a bike trail, it provides several great ways to feed yourself and get to campus, even without a car.

The organization has been very poor. My roommates were given the wrong set of keys twice on move-in. I kept receiving multiple copies of the same emails regarding roommate matching when my roommates had already confirmed this several other times. Alongside, I did not receive a Move-in guide email that only 1/4 of my roommates received, which included the move-in appointment on Calendly. For the actual apartment, it was not cleaned, not even a vacuum pass-over. Additionally, cobwebs with spiders were found in each corner of the living room. There was also supposed to be a TV included in our lease, which has not shown up. Whenever my roommates would email with questions, they would either receive conflicting information or no response at all.

its been really good so far, just lots of maintenance needed on our apartment. We also have less square feet than a lot of the other apartments and were not notifed about it.

Gladly leaving a 5-star review! Living at Nordheim Court for nearly 3 years has been great, mostly because of the incredible staff and location! The transformation from being a UW property to Greystar has been smooth. Teddi, the community manager, has been super helpful and amazing in all regards, as well as the other staff. I would happily recommend that anybody looking for a place near UW give Nordheim a go! I love how the RAs organize little events for the community, and there are always some gifts or giveaways happening. It's super close to campus, which is perfect for those 8:30am classes! Having QFC a 5-minute walk away is also helpful. It's downhill from campus, which can be annoying, but multiple buses: 372 (1-minute walk), 45, 67, 79 (6/7-minute walk) make it really easy to get to campus. It's a very safe area as well, unlike other parts of U-district. Also it is smoking-free! P.S. There is paid underground parking available, which makes it safe to have a car if you plan on having one.

These apartments are in an excellent location and have a great layout. The bedrooms are a nice size with a good closet. The kitchen is cute. Easy parking. They also throw awesome events! Great option for off-campus housing!!

Nordheim Court is a great place to live! The apartments are spacious and fully furnished, with all utilities included in the rent. The location is convenient, close to the University of Washington and local shops. The community is friendly, making it a perfect spot for students. Highly recommended!

This apartment has a great environment. U Village is close, and the area feels really safe. Plus, the staff are super helpful. I can feel home here. They organize many events, and it feels like I’ve been accepted as part of the community in this area. Thanks to the apartment’s community, I haven’t felt homesick. As for the room, it’s plenty room for me to enjoy all on my own, so I’m very comfortable. I truly feel like I made the right choice coming here.

The Nordheim Court staff is fantastic! They are very approachable and make living here a great experience. They regularly plan fun community events that are a good way to meet your neighbors and make friends. The community is located a very short walk from the University Village QFC, so it is quite easy to get groceries on foot. UW campus is only a short bus ride away, and conveniently, the bus stop is directly across the street from Nordheim Court office!

I do not feel like I am away from my home country. The staff are very friendly. Also, everything is so convenient for me. It is just a minute away from the bus stop which makes my life easier when I am in rush, and I have a lesson on campus. It is also located next to U- Village which is a great place for shopping.

I moved into a studio, it was so clean and just what I need to complete my program at UW. The areas outside and inside the building are very quiet. Friendly staff and they will always help you whenever you need it! The busses are a walk across the street which is very convenient if you don't have a car!

We just moved our daughter from Arizona into the wonderful Nordheim Court to pursue her masters at the University of Washington. We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The staff were warm, welcoming, engaging and helpful. They attended to every question and need promptly with great follow-up and sincerity! Our move-in was a breeze because of the simple directions and signs the new management posted, snacks and drinks offered and huge rolling carts available for lots and lots of suitcases! Best move ever!! I honestly enjoyed the experience so much that I've recommended Nordheim Court to several other students .... and I'm not even the one moving in!! Very impressive team. The grounds are charming with a surrounding walkable community that is safe, beautiful and well-equipped with lovely markets, shops and restaurants. My daughter's apartment is clean, bright and airy with a 2-story ceiling and large windows in the living room. The personable, close-knit environment curated by the staff has made my daughter and several other new residents feel at home amongst friends. Thank you, thank you. Job well done!!

Second year living here, and it’s been great so far. Last year, i was in a two bed but now i’m in a studio. Super close to u village and bus stop across the street for 372 is nice. Has more of an outside vibe because it has a green area in the center of the property with trees and a pond which is super cool for living in the city. The windows in the studio are also floor to ceiling which is great!

They are both great floor plans and now you can say you know what each have to offer. We love seeing the students take advantage of the convenient public transportation located right outside their door. I've been at Nordheim Court for a month now and it's fantastic! I pay $925 per month for a room in a 4 bed-2 bath apartment (all utilities Ethernet included). The facilities include Cable TV (minus TV set). The bedroom and living room space is not completely worth the price. But the location is brilliant! It's a 15 min walk to Red Square at UW. It's a stone's throw from U-Village which is the largest and most comprehensive shopping center in the U-district area. You'll get everything you need in this area which is a huge plus for a busy student without a car. There are bus stops right next to the complex. The complex is very well maintained and has a gym, community center, laundry, bike (free) and car parking (paid). The registration and payment process is super convenient and everything is systematic. Residents can manage mail, payments and interactions with fellow residents on a dedicated Nordheim website. It's green all around and only two floors per building so moving in wasn't exhausting. There are weekly food events and tons of board games, cleaning equipment, etc. that can be borrowed from the office. In short, it's the all-you-can-ask-for place to live in if you don't mind shelling out a bit too much for the space in your bedroom.
