The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Nightingale on 25th
Almost coming up on a year here, and I would not move here. They shut the AC off halfway through the summer. The hot water is constantly shut off every other week. The place is just falling apart. The roof in my roommates room is falling down. There’s a leak above the shower in my roommates room all the remodel work is extremely shady and not done well. The air conditioner blows lint not to mention the Bugs

Hi there. We're concerned to see your review as we're unable to identify your information as a current resident. We invite you to reach out to our office so we can better address your concerns and schedule pest control treatments for your home. We hope to hear from you soon.
-First day I moved in a roach crawled out from the gaps between the wall and floor, a gap that surrounds the whole apartment. -roach infestation -walls are paper thin, neighbors *will* hear you. You *will* hear them. - asked to raise rent by bringing in washer and dryer… how about they raise the rent for building a gate to protect the residents. -no surveillance cameras -most advertised areas like gym, close at 5pm -gave me an old bath tub that was yellow and charged me a cleaning fee when it wasn’t white when I moved out. I opened up a ticket 2 weeks ago to get that money owed to me, no response because it’s a “corporate issue”. They can change managements all they want but it’s clearly rotten at the top like a fish head. -last month utility bill will be taken out of your security deposit. You’ll never get it back in full. -make sure you give a 60 day notice or they’ll charge you a month’s rent. -they like their money quick but not when they owe you…

There’s constant problems with the a/c.They should lower the rent instead of raising the rent.As far as I’m concerned this landlord is a slumlord.
The Robinson group bought this complex, they own the tides Apts in other areas,I heard they don’t properly maintain those Apts either. They always shut off the water, supposedly to fix plumbing problems. This complex has had plumbing problems for years,it will never be fixed. They lied to tenants and said they weren’t raising the rents because of new ownership,a tenant told me his rent was going up $200 more a month.Don’t be fooled by the remodeled Apts, they look nice but it’s not worth being inconvenienced, and lied to.
I have lived here for many years. When I first came here it was basically because it was within my budget. I was a single mom of two boys. I didn't make a lot of money and the idea of not having to worry about the electric bill being sky high in the summer was very appealing to me. I intended to use this place as a "stepping stone" until I could afford to buy a house. I love the manager ( Connie) and assistant manager ( Aleada) I have never had to ask more than once for repairs to be completed. No bugs. They don't tolerate super noisy neighbors, as they realize we are a community and need to be respective of each other. They are more than fair. I can remember when I was having trouble paying my rent a few months after moving in. Connie was kind enough to work with me. My kids are now grown and on their own. my fiance' and I will eventually buy a house, but for now this is our home and we love it.
I found this apartment complex on "another Web locater service " . The move in special offer was attractive, and I, being rushed, snapped it up. In retrospect, I should have looked further, or at least interviewed some current residents. Plusses include a swimming pool, fitness room, tennis courts, basketball court, and some covered parking. BUT, Pool is crowded with screaming kids, the fitness room - open only during office hours & courts are used by unsupervised skateboarding kids all of which are against the unenforced rules . Complaints are ignored. Can not recommend !

Thank you for your review. We appreciate any feedback! I would like to take a moment to clarify a few things: We rent to those who qualify and yes, many will have minor occupants that will reside on the premises with them. It's unfortunate that the laughter and "screaming" is bothersome to you, I'm very sorry . Please let us know if there are any suggestions you might have to resolve your discomfort. Our fitness room and clubhouse are open until 8:00 pm which is past the office hours. We monitor the sports courts daily and ask the "unsupervised" [minor's] to leave the area with their wheeled apparatuses. We do our best to enforce all rules and policies. Please let us know immediately if they are preventing you from using the courts. Thank you for your time and your review!
Swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry room available 24/7. The laundry is less then 3 dollars total per load, one hour and fifteen minutes from dirty to dry. Prompt service, they will call maintenance back on site of it is an after hours emergency. Gym, basketball, tennis, shaded picnic tables and bbq grills. Maintenance keeps the grounds very neat and tidy and there are friendly neighbors. Everyone on the staff I have met has been very polite and courteous.
